Francisco & his Team were professional, efficient, easily accessible, compassionate, & very thorough. The prices were reasonable. Let me explain. Francisco conducted an onsite evaluation within 2 days of my call, immediately emailed a detailed invoice, & scheduled the deep clean 3 days later. Francisco maintained regular contact via text message, phone call, or email (depending on the urgency), Flexible payment plan. The Team treated the customer with dignity (despite living conditions). Equally important to all of the above, the cleaning was above expectations. The residence was cleaned & anything that did not move was disinfected & sanitized.

I cannot say enough about this business. I have used them 3 times and have always been thoroughly satisfied. They are the best cleaning business in the city. We had a situation that was slowly growing into a hoarding situation after a string of medical issues. We really needed help to deep clean, get garbage out and organize the clutter so that the house was safe to live in and move around in with a walker.

Environment Solutions did an absolutely wonderful job making the house livable and healthy again. Even beyond that, though, they were unbelievably KIND. Being in this kind of situation can be embarrassing... but we were shown so much understanding and compassion.

It only took them 2 days to do what would've taken us a month, minimum, with a LOT of help from friends and family. Both days the staff came in with warm smiles and friendly words. They worked SO HARD and so fast and got into all the nooks and crannies behind furniture and appliances. They even got our window air conditioner filter. Their attitudes were so pleasant to be around and they made an extremely stressful situation that we had been putting off for a year into a super positive, comfortable experience. I honestly wish we would've bit the bullet and had them come in earlier.

The owner is a fabulously kind and congenial man. His prices are super fair and he was very up front during the estimate. Francisco went above and beyond to make this as comfortable and stress free of an experience as possible and was extremely sensitive and attentive to our needs and concerns.

I cannot say enough kind words about the service we received. This is literally a life changer for everybody in this home and words cannot express our gratitude.

Did a deep clean to the interior of the house and dry locked the basement and painted. Incredibly reasonable rates and professional. I had gotten a local quote that was double the quote of Environmental Solutions. It was a no brainer once I met Francisco. As with many projects, they can turn out to have more work involved. My pets had damaged the carpets so badly they all had to be removed and the floors sealed.
