Lamarr was excellent in diagnosing a few issues during my winter maintenance. He also repaired my AC right away this summer and there have been no issues whatsoever. My name is George Voloshin, a Belmar resident for 31 years. We needed a new AC compressor (thanks to the salt air lol) and got in touch with Glen, the owner. He was at my house within 3 hours of my call. Very honest and professional and within a week everything we discussed was taken care of. The tech who did the job, Lamar, was outstanding. We have been using Environair for over 3 years since we bought our house in Belmar. We are on a biyearly maintenance program for heat and air conditioning. We had a problem a few Sundays ago and Glen called me right back came to our house right away and fixed the problem. He was so professional and nice. He followed up throughout the week and came back with a new part. He did an excellent job, and was very neat and thorough. I am in the service business and I would rate this company a 10! Lisa in the office is wonderful so polite and always accommodates me.
I wish more companies would be like this one.

I called 2 other heating companies then called Environmental air and just got a GOOD feeling from Lisa who answered the phone and was very informative and very nice and easy to talk to who explained in detail all that they do to service a unit plus they were running a special and said
service man would stay 90 minutes for a really reasonable rate.
She also switched other appointment around to give me a morning
one the next day I WAS IN
Next morning Doug the service man call and said he was 10 minutes away, sure enough 12 minutes later he was there.
H had no problem crawling up into the attic where the heated is located
no complains he went through everything but noted that the starter on
the unit was not up to manufactures spec and suggested a new one so
that someday the old one was on way out, he also gave it to me for a
discount. I was also having a problem getting heat into the back room
I was told by other service people its a venting problem (very expensive)
Doug in 3 minutes figured it out, it was cause I moved the location of
the thermostat which had hot air from another room blowing on it
and it through the reading off and cause me to over compensate for
it. He said just close the door from that room which will bring the right
amount of heat in SIMPLE SOLUTION no venting cost.
I was VERY happy with the work and attitude and saving money

I have done work with Environmental Air for 20 years. I just recently got a brand new heater and AC Unit for my home. They took the old one away and put a new one in in two days. Way more efecient. But the job they did was truly artistic. Very clean and meticulous. Your welcome to take a look. Lastly they filled out the paperwork and I got a rebate check from the Gov. I never write reviews but these guys are the best.

We were very impressed with the service we received! Our air conditioning unit wasn't working and within minutes after arriving the technician troubleshoot the problem and had our system operating again. He was on time and very courteous.
