Paul and the team really took their time to ensure I was taken care of. Once all the inspections for repairs were done and they confirmed I wanted to get it done, they got right on it and repaired my car quicker than I would have ever expected. Service was great, needed front brakes replace on 2010 Tundra, called them around 11:00AM. They were able to get my truck in that same day and replaced brakes and rotors, job was completed by 3:00. Better service and less expensive then dealer. Thanks Environmental Automotive Services.

Brought my older vehicle in for a check engine light and possible oil leak. I knew it wasn’t going to be a cheap visit for repair work.

Paul helped me get in quickly, got a diagnosis and list of repairs recommended, and then the good part was he helped me prioritize the importance of jobs to be completed.

They ordered the parts after I called a purple other shops to price check their repair estimate. I got the car back in the timeline they promised was the best case scenario and plan to visit them again…hopefully for just a tire rotation and oil change next time!

Very disappointed about the quality of work/parts used. Replaced left and right valve cover gaskets 2-years ago at Environmental Auto, charged $440 plus labor and already the oil leaked and "soaked the camshaft sensors and wiring harnesses" based on another mechanic costing $1011 for repairs!!

I went in knowing I had a brake issue with my vehicle. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone and in person (cannot remember his name) was nothing but upfront and honest about the steps they planned to take during the appointment. I then found out by Eric, the owner, that I did in fact have a recall on my vehicle that he was gracious enough to look up for me and print out. Not a single service done on my actual car, but the customer service alone was one to commemorate. You do NOT find this often in service shops! Highly recommend for upfront and honest working mechanics!

I want to thank the EAS Team, especially Eric, for their customer service that they afforded me this week. My Subaru Outback had troublesome noise emanating from the underside. The service technicians believed it to be from some bad bearings in the rear, as the front looked fine to them. They replaced the bearing set (and spindles due to a frozen bearing). Unfortunately, the noise remained, and it turned out to be a front axle issue. The problem was fixed and Eric afforded me a customer appreciation discount on the work & materials. They did review the issue promptly and I received the car in good shape.
Their acknowledgement of me & my wife's long service history was much appreciated, and lends one to continuing our service needs with EAS. Nice job guys!

I brought my car in for a engine diagnostic due to my engine making a noise... 30 minutes after my appointment time I was told "you need a new engine" and was never given a reason as to why... Just that they test drove it and the noise meant a new engine, I was quoted $8k for a used engine and $14k for a Remanufactured one ... I took it to another place and they also did a engine diagnostic and found a cracked fly wheel and was able to replace it for a little over $2k and now it's running great and the noise is gone.... Long story short environmental automotive doesn't take the time needed to actually find the route of all problems.

Paul went overboard to help me with the problem with my 2002 Acura. Due to the age of the car, original parts are difficult to find.
Paul suggested investigating "after-market parts" which I had not thought of. He saved me hundreds of dollars!
