Rudy Snow and Zane Milam did my fall checkup on my unit! They were very professional and made sure I knew what they did put in a new filter for me to keep me from getting on ladder(as I am old)! I already had my filter! I appreciate their good manners and their professionalism! Maybe they will come be the ones to come in the spring! Thanks for letting me know they were running a little late due to the previous call!

We always get great service from Environmental Comfort Systems. The employees are very professional- friendly and knowledgeable. This latest one with Dewey, Zane, and Ki, was due to a minor problem with our thermostat they fixed our problem and explained to us what happened. All of the technicians that have serviced our two locations have always been courteous, well mannered, and capable. We highly recommend this company.

We are new to the Decatur area. Based on records left by the previous owner of our home we contacted Environmental Comfort System to perform an annual check up and acquaint us with our equipment. Gavin arrived on time, went right to work and spent time and care to get our system in good shape after being somewhat dormant.
We were very pleased with service and skill we received.

My a/c stopped working over the weekend. I decided to wait until Monday to call someone to fix it to avoid weekend service charges. We didn't get around to calling until about 3:00. They called back about 45 minutes later and said the technician was getting gas and would head right over. This was unexpected as I live in the middle of nowhere. The tech that showed up was named Dewey. Before entering out home he put shoe covers on. He quickly diagnosed the issue and learned that the capacitor was bad. He fortunately had one in his truck and replaced it within minutes. He came back in to ensure everything was working properly and even installed my replacement filter before leaving. Dewey was a true professional and I would highly recommend this company. Did I mention that this is the third time I have had them out in a 4 year period and they never try to push unnecessary equipment or services on me. They just replace what is broke with no hassle. Again, highly recommend!!!

Called several places to come fix an air conditioner unit in a business. A friend recommended Environmental Comfort Systems. They were able to schedule us quickly.
