Our new house is completely done. We have had to change our closing date multiple times because nobody here will give us an answer to our question if the inspection was even done/passed. The staff we spoke to was/is very rude and nobody knows anything that is going on. I know they don’t care, but us having no answers to anything is costing us a lot of money. We would really appreciate if they were more kind and had more information on what’s going on.

Horrible service for new construction homes inspections taking for ever rude people answering the phone I wish someone on that department look at this review and do something.
Is urgent they need to do something like lee permitting set up inspection today and inspection done the next day and also you can see and track everything online
I’m waiting on Last inspection for three weeks can’t get CO for my house because their delay.
