ALF uses your own blood to strengthen a compromised immune system. Their protocols are fantastic for people suffering from EI, mold toxicity, heavy metal toxicity or other immune/allergy issues. They have the purest ingredients in their IVs. The staff is very caring. You need to be your own advocate though as with any doctor’s office or treatment regimen.

The best thing about this place was the sauna and that’s it! They just want money, there were no plan of action for me to get better. They did not help me at all but rather waste time sticking you with needles for allergy testing. I was in the worse shape and they did nothing so I stop going to the docs and only went to the sauna. I first seen Dr.McCarter she was all over the place and very scatterbrained, the good thing about her is she ordered a bunch of test but lacked good follow through. In my follow up visit I inquired about the price of the visit she couldn’t tell me, no set pricing which is tough when the doc is all over the place in the appointment. Tripp came in and she quickly dismissed him by telling him “she can’t pay for it” which wasn’t the case I just need a set price, no need to run up the bill with her rambling. It put a huge gap in my treatment because I did not want to see her again. Dr. Seymour wasn’t any better. At my lowest they were not helpful at all. Only thing helped was Jane & the sauna.

I highly recommend The EHC-D. They understood my EMF Brain injury where all other doctors were clueless. The Center visit probably saved my life and was definitely pivotal in my diagnosis and treatment.

When your looking for REAL ANSWERS and REAL HELP for your medical problems and you feel like you have tried everything and every doctor GO HERE!!! Dr. Seymour has a true passion for what she does and it shows. She treats me like a person and not a number, and in a language I can understand. I feel like I get a therapy session and a doctor visit all in one! ? It is worth my two hour drive! Words can't express how grateful I am! We need more doctors like her who really CARE! Thank you for all you have done that has made my quality of life better!

I cannot say enough bad things about this clinic. I spent thousands of dollars here and did not get any better. This clinic is so outdated. The staff is very rude and the building is old & run down. I spent an entire week, M-F 8-5pm sitting there getting needle poked for allergy testing which resulted in absolutely nothing! Just endless bills I had to pay. This was such a waste of time & money. I wish I had never gone. After wasting thousands of dollars here I found a functional medicine dr who figured out my issue on the first visit and properly treated me. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place!

Dr. Rea was a very nice man and very talented. I came here from out of state, for a week, and received valuable information. Although, my condition was never resolved or abated in any way, to this day. $5000+ later. I paid my bill in full on the day of my departure. This was the first week of July 2018.

Sadly, Dr. Rea passed in August 2018. I wish I had more time to be under his care.

In late October 2018, I started receiving a bill for $83. Saying that I did not pay for an office visit that the office claims I had the day I departed. I never saw Dr. Rea that day. Further, why am I hearing about this months later? Not one person has ever called me back. Today, I FINALLY spoke with Ashley who was as unhelpful and unconcerned as all of the other staff at this office. In fact, his office staff is absolutely without a doubt the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and dealing with. All of the other patients who were there with me shared their frustration over this. Says a lot. Yet, we all stayed because of Dr. Rea.

I paid thousands of dollars to this office, to fly there and stay in a hotel, etc. an office visit for $83 is not a big deal. But it IS an error on their part. Just like many of the errors I encountered while I was under Dr. Rea's care. I constantly had to comb through paperwork and caught them charging me more than once for procedures I had paid for the previous day. I do not believe they are malicious, but truly they are just unorganized and clueless. This office desperately needs a skilled and experienced office manager.

Ina who prepares the vaccines is so rude and temperamental. It's always a real nightmare coordinating with her. To the point, that I just stopped ordering the vaccine because I got tired of her yelling at me over the phone. It goes to show you, that you may be a wonderful doctor but if you don't have staff who reflect your ethos, you will lose patients. Hopefully, this office can learn to walk and chew gum before they fully tarnish Dr. Rea's legacy.

I don't understand this clinic. I got a list of supplements from Dr. McCarter, but she is no longer there. I did not get any help from the current staff. I did not get the referrals I needed, they did not even offer.

Dr. Alfred Johnson, in Richardson, does work in the same area, environmental allergens, etc. He also does hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

I have been a treated by Dr. Rea and his staff since 1999.

I have always been treated the best by his staff and Dr. Rea.

If it wasn't for his work and staff I and many others would not be here to tell our story.

It can be frustrating and confusing on your first trip or phone call.

The staff has changed their lives just to work there.

Dr. Rea should be retired and enjoying life yet he won't give up on us.

I can't express enough how much this clinic, staff and Doctor are the best.
