In brief, he didn’t just perform an inspection, collected samples, and wrote a report and offered solutions. He has taken the time to educate me on my problem so that I can make an informed decision.

Upon inspecting my home, he explained facts about indoor mold, moisture, potential causes, and the relevance of air quality tests. Once I received the report and analysis, he took ample time to answer all my questions, explained the data analysis that led to the diagnosis of my problem and suggested solutions. He also grouped solutions in short term and medium term priorities, offered examples of ranges of products that could help implement the suggested solutions, and helped me understand the technical information to look for in order to make an informed decision.
