We manage a 232-acre historic plantation on the Eastern Shore and we chose the lowest bidder and we were so wrong. Within the first two weeks, we knew we had made a huge mistake. We went back through our RFP list and reached out to Environmental Land Management Services, not only did they come out the same day to meet with us, but they immediately recognized what was wrong a proposed a new plan of action. We dismissed the original vendor and it was the best thing ever. The new team was on it and what a difference, there was no comparison. The level of professionalism was present in every employee at every step of the way. They cost more but they exceeded our expectations in every facet of the project. They are a Five Star operation and highly recommended.

TOP NOTCH! All I can say is wow, they transformed our overgrown lake front property into our own personal paradise. We originally hired them to tackle the damn Brazilian Pepper Trees. We brought them back to clear 32 acres of overgrown brush, create two roads to the lake, and they also created two new boat ramps. They are family owned and operated and we can't say enough good things about them. My wife wanted me to specifically mention how clean and organized they were. Every day they left a clean and organized work area. Thank You and see you in June when we start the guest cottage pad.
