It was a seamless experience.. My wife wanted some samples taken for possible asbestos from a newly purchased home and within 24hrs Eli came out took some samples and lab results were returned same day.. Hands down we would absolutely use there services again if need be.

Sarah and Eli were wonderful through every step of this frustrating process. I bought an old house and didn’t realize I was going to have to deal with asbestos while remodeling. Sarah was able to answer all my questions and made an appointment for Eli to come out the following day. Eli was professional and informative when he collected samples and answered questions I had around the renovations I was doing. I received a quote from another company before finding Environmental Services of America and while they were quoting me accurately to remove all materials I wanted removed because they didn’t collect samples, like Eli did, I would have paid for a lot more removal than necessary. Sarah called with my sample results from the lab two days after Eli collected the samples and they provided me with a quote that same evening. The next week they were able to do the removal before I moved in and they were finished in one day! The following day I received my clearance letter and my contractor got right to work on my renovations. I couldn’t be happier with the honesty and efficiency of this company!

I had the best Asbestos Abatement people in the world or Universe! Eli & his crew including super smart Merre sp? were wonderful! So nice & polite & so knowledgeable about asbestos & how to remove it safely! I have learned so much about asbestos in working with them. Most people assume unless your house is super old your house does not have asbestos. My home was built in 1962 & had it in the ceiling where Hurricane Helene disturbed due to tree in house & rain water in kitchen which rained into kitchen faster than we could remove so rain went into tile flooring grout
which disturbed asbestos under floor tile & where refrigerator was & sink & area under kitchen window where so much rain from Helene. They did their work efficiently & let me know when they left every day! I absolutely loved them & I am not one to praise anyone unless they deserve it! They deserve super praise as such hard workers. They got the work done on time & Sarah their scheduler was a dream to work with also. Payment to them was easy for older people like my husband & me. They came on time told us exactly what we needed to do about packing out! BEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH! Now feel so much better as will be living in a safe home.

Such an easy and painless process. I was connected with Sarah to get the asbestos test scheduled and to get more information on my options. Eli, the technician came out and explained what he was doing as well to make sure I understood what was going on. The test came back 24 hours later and I was given multiple options to handle payment (via email/online is my preference).

This company did a great job on the asbestos removal at my home. I just purchased the house and wanted to replace the flooring, and they came out and did the testing got the results and quote to very quickly and then came in the removal very smoothly. Jacob and Elias are very knowledgeable and make this a smooth process. Highly recommend.

Previous employee. Fired because of hair color. Because they “only employee blondes” and I died my hair brown due to medical reasons of hair loss. Previously left a review but was threatened to take it down, so I did. But I don’t believe people should be silenced from sharing their experiences places. Never used this business for asbestos removal myself, but from WORKING there I wouldn’t recommend using them. From knowledge of working here- you’d want to be sure that something as serious as asbestos is handled properly and by law . I’d also recommend checking the sources of these reviews. A lot of them are “friends and family”

ES- America was great. Very good communication and super clean after the removal. We’ve used another Abestos abatement company for a separate remodel and ES- America was so much better. Will definitely use again!
