Had to do an emergency pump out on our septic. The employee who showed up was super friendly. Told us what repairs needed to be done how much it would cost told us they could do it and to call and set up an appointment with the office. Only to have them call me the next day say they wouldn't even schedule an appointment with us to have it repaired because they are so scheduled out. Don't tell someone you can do the work and go as far as figuring out the cost of everything only to turn around and tell them they have to go elsewhere. Now we will have to pay for another pump out through another company to have someone else come out and do the work.

We hired them because our spectic tank had a rock/blockage in one of our drain pipes. Keep in mind we had just had this pumped with a different company in october of last year. They showed up, the guy was very friendly and timely and got it done. They couldn't clear up the blockage right then due to scheduling so I had another licensed company come out to take a look, they got the pipe cleared but also said they had not pumped it all the way and for the premium I had paid for the emergency call, there should not be a 4-5 foot wide, 3 foot high mass of fecal matter left in the tank. He advised me to bring it to them as a complaint. So I did. The owners/management were away for the week so when I asked about a completion of the service or a partial refund I was told theyd call me the next week. They never called me. So I called them. Was told the owner was busy and he would call me back. And I never recieved a call. I will not hire this company again. The only reason they get a two star is because they did in fact show up and their staff member who did the pumping was very friendly and polite. This is bad customer service and when I pay for a service ESPECIALLY at a premium, I expect the service to be completed. Ignoring your customer does not make the problem disappear.

Arrived early, very professional and very patient! He had to wait with a group of crying kiddos and a barking dog while I was writing a check! The receptionist noted all the details when booking services a few months prior and everything was met perfectly! It’s the little things that make a big deal. Will definitely be switching to this company!

Rented toilet and sink. Delivery guys very friendly. The process quick and easy. The only issues I had was that I had to clean the sink where the grey water drains into because it was dirty and stinky and the paper towel dispenser didnt work well.

Didn't get the driver's name, but he did a great job and always had a smile on his face! These guys deserve to be recognized for the job they do!
