We've used Environmental Systems for a long time, probably 20 years when Doug first installed air conditioner and new furnace. His son Will has the same high customer service.Our gas furnace went out this morning and with the deep freeze and high winds going on, Will came out in a few hours and replaced the igniter that chose to go out. It was almost 100 degrees. Our air conditioner quit. My wife is not happy! I called many. many hvac places and got nowhere until I talked to Will at Environmental Systems. He quoted me the day after I talked to him, and we had air (that has worked flawlessly for over a year now) TWO days from the initial call. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Note: About two weeks after they installed our beautiful, wonderful air conditioner, I received two quotes from competitors via the mail. Both of them were over $1000 more than what we paid at Environmental Systems!
