I was referred to Environmental Systems Associates through my neighbors. I contacted 3 vendors and ESA was very thorough and answered all of my questions. On installation day, they were respectful of my home and installed 2 systems in the same day. Highly recommend ESA for their professionalism, knowledge and quality.

I had ESA come out to replace the blower motor under warranty on my Carrier system, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From the front office to the technician, everyone was courteous and professional. The technician took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I understood what was being done. I really appreciated that they didn't try to take advantage of the situation; it was just honest, quality work. If you're looking for a trustworthy HVAC company, I highly recommend them!

Amazing service!!!
James let me know when he was on his way., arrived on time, and conducted himself professionally.
He was supposed to perform just a regular check up, but went far and beyond when he was able to catch an issue caused by another contractor ( through a BGE energy auditing program) installed a thermostat. He did not leave until he had taken care of the problem which was causing an excessive use of electrical power.
I truly appreciate his thoroughness and persistence in taking care of the issue and most likely saving us from excessively higher electric. bills.
James and other technicians like him are the reason why I keep using ESA. Thank you very much, James!

I moved items out of way for the technician and once I assumed the filter was changed I moved back the items. Unfortunately, they were not finished , but aggressively opened the door with the HVAC and some how broke my entire console under the TV.

My experience with ESA has been great. I had an initial visit from Julieann to inspect our HVAC system before the winter. She was incredibly nice and provided some concerns with our gas furnace that required a follow up to inspect the furnace further with a borescope which she unfortunately did not have at the time. We were told that the worst case scenario was that our furnace would need to be replaced.

Our follow up appointment was with James and he was able to inspect the furnace with the borescope. Luckily he found that a furnace replacement was not needed, but there were some recommendations that he made to keep the system running in good condition. He explained every recommendation and the reasoning for them which was greatly appreciated.

We had a completely new hybrid heat pump/furnace system installed recently. Environmental Systems Associates did a fabulous job. They were honest, gave fair pricing and did superior work on the installation. The county inspector even commented on the excellent quality of the installation. Cody led the team. I've been a customer of ESA for several years for annual heat pump inspection and maintenance. Recently, I needed a new heat pump system -- their technicians had been warning me that it was time, and it was getting obvious. The whole process, from the salesman visiting my house to assess what was needed and make recommendations to the day when the crew installed the new system, was handled with efficiency and courtesy by ESA's people. They made sure everything worked properly and the area was cleaned up before leaving. (There was a hitch with a new generation of touch-screen thermostat which they addressed and made sure to fix at the end of the job.) Also, I must mention the likewise courtesy and thoroughness of the contractor crew that came later to clean and seal ducts as part of the deal.
