High pressure sales scam.

Does the vacuum work? Yea it works.
Would you like to finance a vacuum for 119 a month for 30 months?
After the rep made the fakest phone call i have ever witnessed, he said he could drop the price to 2,998 + about 100-200 a year for filters.
The rep even suggested we could simply cancel our cable to pay for it!

What a joke. I started laughing when the salesmen gave us the prices.

Very bad experience with this company. Thought I was gonna claim a free prize without a problem. Was told a representative would like 30 minutes of my time so I agreed. He got there at 8 pm and did not leave until almost 12 pm... that's 4 hours. I told him I did not want to make a purchase. He kept trying to talk me into it and lowering the price. I told him I would like to research it online first then he basically told me it was an exploding offer. He pushed and pushed until it got so late I was so tired I could barely function.... I work at 4 am every day. The paperwork said I could return it within 72 hours so I said F it and bought the air filter system and the vacuum. The whole time he was throwing info at me and didn't want me to verify it. I figured something was up but the 72 hour return policy gave me some security. The first price he gave was 4000 dollars then 3500 then 3000 and finally 2500 for 2 items you supposedly never have to replace. They also let me "trade in" my vacuum. This prevented me from compairing with the stuff I just bought. So why is the warranty a 5 year warranty if you never have to replace it? The day after I made my purchase I did some research online and realised the mistake I made. Not only can you get this stuff online way cheaper but the reviews suck and the info he gave me was very misleading. So I start the process returning the items which wasn't to bad but very unprofessional. I called and spoke with a lady that said a manager would call me back. Nobody called me so I called the next day and got a manager on the line and he said he would call me back within 24 hours... never got a call back so I went to there office with my return papers and made sure the got them. I also sent copies of the return papers through certified mail to ensure they would get them in time. They then sent the same salesmen to pick up the item I was returning. This was the worst part. I told them I was no longer interested and was returning the product. He started up with the sale stuff again and I kept telling him over and over I don't want the stuff. He had his manager on the phone who kept telling him what to say. I finally told him if his manager has something to say to me he can call me, that I refuse to talk to him through the saleman. Then he turned to my wife and tried to start his sale pitch. I stopped him and told him he needs to take his items and leave. His manager tried having him talk to me again but I said nope time to go. He's didn't say another word, took his stuff and left... They wanted to know why I was returning the products and I told them. To expensive and they have bad reviews from reputable sources. Then they insisted all companies have bad reviews and compared themselves to Apple and Bestbuy. They will present you with a lot of misleading info about there products, the products you own, and there company. Please don't let them into your home. If you are offered a free prize you are not obligated to make a purchase. Tell them you want the prize first. Then tell the to leave. The prize WILL NOT be worth anything. You won't get a tablet, cash, or anything worth it. Read the scratch card if you get one. The prizes you get do not reflect the prizes on the card. Thought I was getting an Ipod. Got a cheap bbq set.... I live in an apartment. By the way you can buy a box fan and the same type of filter for under 50 bucks and filter your air. Way cheaper both up front and electrical cost. And you get more airflow through a box fan.

This company is a complete SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I recently received a scratch off ticket in the mail that of course was a "winning" ticket. I called the phone number to claim my prize but go figure... the woman on the other end of the phone couldn't tell me what I had won. The only way we could find out is to have an "associate" come to my house with an authorized prized sheet to match my ticket with their prizes. She was rude and asked me invasive questions because they are trying to quality whether or not I'm a sucker or not...

Worst of all this company pulls a bait & switch because they advertise that they want to give you a "30 minute" "presentation" that is "fun" and "educational" on a air filter system but really what they are trying to sell is an over priced vacuum cleaner. It's an illegal tactic and they should be ashamed that this is the way that they advertise. Unfortunately this is the only way they can book appointments because if they were honest and straight forward with their prospects no one in their right mind would book appointments.

It's sad that this company is allowed to remain in business.

We were contacted by this company even though we are on a do not solicit list on our phones. Because we were looking into air filtration sustems we decided to check it out anyway. We were offered a two night, three day stay for listening to their 30-90 minute pitch.

Their systems are ridiculously priced. After a FOUR HOUR presentation we were told we could have the "deal" of $6000. We saw no change in the air quality in our home.

The promised gift of two nights, three days stay somewhere...bait and switch. Hello Laurie Swanson and Amy Klobuchar! This is illegal all the way around.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND A BIG SCAM. I had called to cancel the equipment and return it before the time on the contract. They said they would have to pull my file and call me back. I kept calling and calling and they never answered or returned my call. I finally get through and the guy Dan says that because its already been "funded" they can't take it back. Let me mind you, had they called me back within the 2 weeks after me contacting them the first time, the device wouldn't have been funded yet. I promise you they waited until "there was nothing they could do" before they would talk to me. These people are bad people. Please do not get mixed up in this scam!!!!!!

I like how friendly the staff is and was impressed to find out the equipment is ISO certified as well as FDA-regulated. The product being around since 1928 didn't hurt either. I've owned the equipment for over a month and are very happy. Suzie

Just a shout out to the guys at environmental systems. Thank you for working with us. We've had our system for 2 months now and I like the way it cleans and I don't see all that junk in the air. The cleaning system is easy to maneuver and lightweight. I like the fact that the purifier is nearly maintenance free, replace the filter once a year. Thank you Erick for helping to resolve our questions and special circumstances. Calling me back and keeping me posted was reassuring.

Thanks Ryan Mackey Cortney Clark is my husband! He takes a lot of time away from home and our family to put in work. Although the system may not be for everyone's budget the system is remarkable! If I could afford one yes I'd buy! The cleanliness of my floors after one use was noticable without a doubt:) my vacuum couldn't ever do the same wonders. I did the same spot, after using my vacuum, and still with no effort the filter queen picked up illnesses waiting to spread lol! So again thanks to anyone that appreciated my husband and his time even if you didn't buy.
