I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony Fiore at Environmental Testing Agency, and I cannot recommend his services highly enough. As soon as he learned about the water damage and my severe mold problem, he came over that day, despite very short notice and it being the end of the day. His kindness and commitment to ensuring my safety was surprising and not something I’ve experienced with many businesses.

Anthony was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the tests he was doing during the mold inspection and what was going on with the house. His expertise was crucial, especially since my landlord was uncooperative, dismissing the problem because it "looked dry" and claimed mold testing and fixing the “non existent mold” would be too expensive and not worth it to them even though I was experiencing serious health issues and couldn’t stay in the apartment for any length of time without reacting badly to the mold spores and had been having to seek medical help.

Even beyond the technical aspects, Anthony provided invaluable support in helping me navigate the insurance process and all the steps it takes to deal with an apartment once it tests positive for mold. I felt powerless with the mold infestation and my landlord’s reticence to help me. Once Anthony came and showed me exactly what was wrong, and spent time he didn’t need to give helping me understand what to do, I felt so much better and more self assured. He explained the necessary steps to file a claim and even communicated directly with my insurance adjuster when they initially refused to cover my losses. His persistence and knowledge were instrumental in securing the coverage I needed.

Environmental Testing Agency was so helpful in my time of need! I kept having issues with my property management company sending people doing superficial inspections. Not telling me what I'm actually breathing, and my complaint was always how I'm having allergic reactions and symptoms of mold exposure ever since I moved in. When the inspector from ETA came by, he showed me all the areas that looked recently patched and painted over. the mold testing and inspection they performed was so helpful and informative. So after I talked to my neighbors as soon as I got my lab results for the air quality. They all told me the unit I moved into had a bad mold issue and water damage from an on going leak. The management company still didn't take the situation seriously, and then my inspector patched me up with someone who helped me to move out and get my money back. I also got compensated for certain contents that were heavily affected from mold damage, and additional money to pay for the move.
This company is seriously a god send! I've dealt with this before by living in a place I rented with water damage and mold. I had high levels of mold exposure in my body and it took so long to detox from it! so when I moved in my recent unit. I knew something was immediately wrong.

Anthony fiore came out to my house the same day I made the inquiry . I had visibility mold in my master closet close to my AC vent . Close to the AC vent is my attic where alot of warm air enters . He suggested that I had an insulation problem . This was proven to be true . He also uncovered my dryer vent came out of the wall and was emitting a lot of dust . These two factor seemed to be the cause of the mold in my closet . Luckily for me there wasn’t any serious need for removal , just superficial cleaning . Anthony was quick and responsive and honest . I would highly recommend this company .
