I’ve had the extreme pleasure to work with Enviropro360 for a little over a year now. Working in the mold remediation field we rely on testing services to ensure that a remediation has been successful. We quickly realized that the fast, detailed reports were better then other services we had used before. Joe’s extensive knowledge was a wonderful addition to our documentation and our ability to troubleshoot and diagnose more complex problems using less invasive testing methods. Not only did it compliment our ability to provide excellent documentation for our customers, it helped to save them money in most cases preventing more invasive inspections that added more costly repairs.Additionally it was an independent verification for our customers to instill confidence that our work was indeed successful and helped them feel comfortable in their home again.

Quickly we found it was more cost effective and efficient to rely on him for our other environmental testing as well. He goes above and beyond with our customers providing customer service that we expect and is able to give us thorough protocols and detailed information that allows us to excel at what we do. I couldn't’ recommend him enough, he has become a valuable asset of our trade.

We used EnviroPro 360 as a second opinion after having an initial mold inspection back in October thanks to significant damage during Hurricane Helene. I called on Friday and got a call back from Joe promptly. Got the inspection completed and the results were ready on Tuesday. We sincerely appreciate the rapid turn around time, as time is of the essence when it comes to mold spores. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable about both asbestos and mold, and he walked us through the results when they came in. We have a long journey ahead of us since mold has developed, but we are so grateful to have things moving along with clarity on the process from here. I do recommend them over the initial company we had. The results are more detailed in the report, and overall it was a more thorough inspection for BOTH mold and asbestos. (If your home was built before ‘82 might as well inspect for asbestos, just in case).
