Curtis has helped me and my clients through a multitude of difficult county permitting issues many times. He always puts the client first and gets the job done. Curtis and Envirovector are the only company I use for critical area and gopher mapping. Curtis always looks at every issue with reasonable and rational eye. He is my "go to guy" for wetlands, gophers, and critical area planning. Recently, Curtis had to step in and correct another wetland company's over exaggerated wetland buffer claims. With Curtis' help we are back on track to getting a building permit! Thanks Curtis for another job well done!

No communication, and it's been over 1 year since we've received our report after we've paid over $6,000 in up front fees. We've since worked with another local company several times who turns reports around in less than 2 weeks! When we can get a hold of Curtis, he says he'll have the reports to us "next week".... save your money and frustration! We should have read the reviews before we hired, they are all the same experience we've had!

I was able to build on a property that everyone said was impossible. Thurston County is a nightmare to build in, and Curtis (Owner) was able to cut through the red tape and create a scientifically justified report that allowed us to get permission to build! I don't think people really understand what a complex process it is, and Curtis made it happen!

I typically do not rate local companies so low but this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I spent 3 months of regular check ins to see when they could get to my property just to LOOK at it with NO follow up, return communication or anything. Telling me that they didn’t have capacity would have been something but I just kept being told they would get back with me. They obviously do not respect our local community or any of their perspective customers. I called another Biologist and he will be at my property within 4 days. Now we are in rainy season and my construction can’t begin for at least 3 months.

Do not hire this guy!! He never answers his phone, blows past deadlines, and assures your project will be able to happen, and then when the report comes back, the project isn’t even feasible anymore. Save your money!!!
