I have put in over 50 violations in 7 months from where I live in rural eastern New Mexico and have had unknown chemicals in my home from the surrounding environment. Recently my home has become completely inundated by heavy pesticides coming into my yard. There are heavy noxious odors that permeate up from the ground that smells like ammonium chloride. The white substances that are left behind has coated everything in my home including my car. No one has done a thing about it and have given me the cold shoulder on who I should contact. This EPA region has strung me along down the yellow brick path and has kept telling me that they are going to do something and, yet nobody has done a thing. They have given me the complete run around such as, calling my local agriculture department and my local air quality control to see if any known chemicals have been reported. I have explained that I attempted numerous times to my state agencies and have been informed that they are very limited on what can be done and have referred to the EPA regional 6. I have become extremely ill and have burning eyes and throats due to the severe chemical entering into my residence. These toxic chemicals have made me extremely ill with nausea and painful stomach pains which, has made me end up in emergency rooms visits. If I could give zero Stars I would to this poorly ran regional 6 EPA district. I spoke with Beverly Murray and Ron Shannon and have left over 10 messages explaining the details of what symptoms I've experienced from these unknown chemicals entering my home. They kept promising me that somebody would call me back and they never did month after month they did absolutely nothing thank you very much, I hope that someday you can experience this.
