We had a great experience with Epic Motorsports in Show Low. For two years we had researched side-by-sides. We had a bad experience in the Valley with pushy, sly salesmen which discouraged us from pursuing a rig. We reached out to Amber in Show Low and she was so pleasant to work with. In fact the whole team we encountered at Epic Motorsports were very laid back. Joe delivered our rig yesterday and he was great. We are now the grateful owners of our new Polaris Ranger Crew. Worst place to deliver off roading vehicles. Guys are not helpful at all. Place is crowded with employees vehicles and customers. Took over an hour to get 4 vehicles unloaded by 3 guys.Make sure you make a quick stop for food before coming cause they will take there sweet time to unload you...

Took my 850Sp Sportmans in last year for a “full” service. Took them a better part of the week which wasn’t the problem. I got it home and parked it. Well after leaving it sit for several days I found an oil leak. The damn oil filter was barely hanging on. That was alone enough to have me give them a bad review. Well, weather turned nice and we went to go riding and it didn’t want to idle. Got it home and went to inspect the air filter. The sock was not installed but stuffed in the air box. I found other issues as well. I knew I should have done everything myself. Save yourself a headache and a potentially blown motor and AVOID THEM!!!!!!

Great experience! John W. and Rodney were wonderful. They took all the time need to sell me the machine. Showing how everything worked. They also took all the time I needed when I picked it up, to make sure I knew everything I needed. It was detailed, full of gas and ready to roll. Seriously a couple of great guys working for a great company. Thank you Both!!

From the second we walked in just to look to a few days later when we purchased our new x3 the customer service from Tyler was absolutely amazing. The team there are respectful and very knowledgeable. Definitely have no problem recommending this place and I’ll definitely purchase another one from them soon.

We just purchased a Ranger 1000 from Epic in Show Low and could not be more satisfied with the experience. Tab identified the machine that best suited our needs and was great to deal with. I've also had dealings with their parts and service department on other machines and they are top notch!
