The ERE Power team has truly shown what it means to take care of a customer. Jason Cheiftain worked tirelessly with me to ensure I received the best deal possible on my system and has followed up with me many times thereafter to make certain that I was satisfied. My panels were installed in late June. As you can see in the chart below, I had a couple of months that I was still paying out of pocket (to be expected in the what of summer), but the last few months, I have not received any power from the grid and have been banking power that can be used in future months. I highly recommend ERE Power. They will truly treat you like family.

Included in my solar contract with ERE was the installation of a variable speed motor at my pool pump. The cost of replacing it was included in my loan. 7 months later, a million e-mails and phone calls it still has not been installed. I have been paying for something I don't have and no one is able to resolve my problem.

11/22/23 owner contacted me after this post and he quickly resolved the problem.
