The customer service was above and beyond very informative on what was needed as well , the work crew very organized I constant rhythm every move they made . From the sales rep who came out Robert was very helpful office management as well as the manager over the work crew as well as the work foreman I seen alot that day over all the years being in and around the housing industry by far I have not seen any better than what I seen on our house this company really Rocks they helped us through everything along they way from start to finish even getting us financed I highly recommend Erie roofing!

Erie was great at explaining their products and services, allowing us to make an informed decision. Do not shy away due to the price! The quality of materials, energy savings, and longevity, will be worth it. The major selling point for us was the durable underlayment that will also maximize energy cost savings. Additionally, the warranty is only one page! This definitely brings security and peace of mind to us. The job was completed quickly and without major issue. A few minor communication issues but everything was resolved quickly, and to our complete satisfaction, without additional cost. Definitely recommend Erie!

Can't say enough about this company Kaleb was great answered all questions
The crew was here til after 10pm making sure it was cleaned. Even when moved there truck seen trash got out n picked it up..Got here around 7am n moved my ornaments so they won't get broke..RESPECT ..the next day Josh came back made sure things looked good.. that's what I seen n music wasn't loud ..when I get my garage done il be calling them back....n best thing about this company is they will come back if anything happens to my roof ....love this company ..like I said I could go on n on about them ..I'm very happy with my roof ty again n take care

I called to get a quote on our roof, we were just trying to see how much it would be since we didn't have the money right now. Sales rep showed up at 5 on a weekday and didn't leave until almost MIDNIGHT. We tried to just get a price out of him since we had to get our 4 and 7 year old to bed. By the time he was finally done he quoted us $76,000 for a metal roof and $42,000 for asphalt. We told him that was way to much so he told us he had to talk to his "boss". When he came back he said he can get it down to $36,000. We let him run our credit even though we told him we probably couldn't afford it right now. Came back to tell us it would be $600 a month at 12% for 30 years! Absolutely ridiculous, and once he was done with everything he still didn't leave just continued to talk with us even though we were trying to go in the house. We decided not to go with them to say the very least. And I personally will not have them back at my home after being pressured into a sale that we told him from the start we couldn't afford right now. Canceled everything the next day and going to someone else for only $10,000.

We are very happy with the finished appearance of this new steel shingled roof. Of course, the shake shingles that adorned our home for 47 years are missed.
The steel product is excellent. The immigrant crew, many were Dreamers, were diligent hard working men. And as promised they did a marvelous job of cleaning up every day. We highly recommend Erie Construction for steel shingles.

One day removal and resting leg our roof on house and unattached garage. Quality workmanship and great products our roofs are beautiful and so much better. We have no fears about our roof ever leaking and the warranty covers any future damage for years to come. Best decision we made concerning our home.

Erie Roofing was great to work with. They were very accommodating as we worked with our insurance company. Their system is way more advanced than any other system we researched. The crew showed up on time and completed the project in one day. They covered everything in tarps and ran a large heavy magnet over the ground to pick up all the metal and nails when they were finished. Would definitely recommend them for roofs.

Erie Home Roofing was a good experience. Their roofers worked quickly and efficiently finishing the entire roof within a day, followed by a thorough cleanup. Our roof was estimated as 1900 sq feet. So far, it looks good and has showed no sign of problems even though we've had a couple of severe storms in the weeks following. Good work!
