The customer service experience was terrible, and my calls went unanswered. I requested workers' compensation information, but they never provided it Despite being paid, I had to dispute the charges since they did not perform the work and left customer waiting. this seems suspicious, so I would advise to proceed with caution.

Eddy and his ES Environmental Team were amazing. Eddy was quick to come and give a quote, quick to schedule us and the team were amazingly efficient. They removed about 400 sq. feet of asbestos tile with peel and stick on top of it, they removed the mastic and the concrete looks amazing. Very happy and would highly recommend them.

We decided to remodel the kitchen after 18 years of owning our property. Unfortunately when removing the old flooring, found that we had asbestos underneath. I found this company on google and decided to contact them, they were fast, within 2 hours I’ve received an estimate and the next day there were able to complete all
The work. They are every professional, knowledgeable and the prices are even better. They left everything so clean!

Was able to come out same day for asbestos testing so Roto-Rooter could finish their mitigation services. Hopefully I won't need to call again for water damage issues, but will definitely use them in future if I need to!

Eddy and his team did a great job removing tiles and mastic from my basement. They also demolished a closet in order to access covered tiles to make sure all traces were removed. Some other companies I contacted would only remove accessible tiles. Eddy communicated well before the project and fit me into his schedule quickly. I highly recommend ES Environmental Solutions!

The entire team is professional, to the point and time sensitive. They gave a detailed scope of work, followed it to the T, sent during and after pictures regularly and answered questions or messages without fail. Finished the work as proposed and sent the Air quality clearance certificate immediately. Thank you very much ESI group (Specially Eddy and Nery). I would highly recommend them.
