Just finished an 11.3KW project with these guys and I'm very satisfied with the results. The install was super clean, no exposed conduit or anything on the roof. Hernando County was very slow, but ESD was extremely responsive during the process. There was a small hiccup, and ESD made it right (and then some), and did so very quickly.

Special thanks to Matt Taylor, my sales guy, for getting me top-tier products at a great price; and Olivia, who handled all my questions and corrected one issue for me. They were both very responsive and professional.

Definitely give these guys a call if you're considering solar!

NOTE: there are 23 more panels on another roof surface, but my bushes are all overgrown there and I'm embarrassed to post it 🙂

Amazing work from start to finish! Hurricane Milton did a number on our roof and ESD roofing made this whole process so easy and painless. They literally took care of everything. Shane got us started with the paperwork and from there we worked with Katelyn who was phenomenal! She answered all of our questions and e-mails quickly and efficiently. I feel like she really went above and beyond! The roofers did a great job, they even made sure the garbage men picked up my pail when it was partially blocked. They cleaned everything up like it was there own home and it looks so good. If you're looking for a roofing company definitely go with ESD Roofing. You won't be disappointed!

Very unprofessional company. When I had to pay in advance to get a technician out to see who is responsible for a panel out, I didn't complain. Then almost a week goes by and nobody contacts us for an appointment. I call and remind them I need service, I paid for it please let's get on the schedule. Another day goes by and I get an appointment a week out between 1pm-3pm. I take time off work to be home for them I wait and no call no show. I call in and there's no answer just we have to reschedule, we will call you with another date. Very frustrated with the whole deal at this point. I was recommending ESD Solar but after the way the handle a service call I don't think I will. Why pay for a service call upfront? This is the service I paid for?

Update: a technician came out shortly after I posted this review around 5pm named Jordan and was very helpful. There was a communication error on their end. After a few calls I received my service call payment back due to warranty.

We were so pleased working with this company, specifically Cory who went above and beyond helping us. Even in a crazy time after 2 back to back hurricanes, he was able to come help us in a time sensitive situation. He was extremely professional and easy to work with. 12/3/24: Terrible customer service. Keep dropping the ball. My panels have not worked for a year and I cannot get anyone out here after three phone calls. There is a problem with the install that has caused a roof leak and the panels are not reporting to the power company. I am paying through the nose each month for my panels and still have more than 80% grid dependency. I should never have installed the panels.
