They addressed my concerns of mold and wood damage. To my surprise, were very honest and did not find any damage or other. It was recommended that I have my havc guy come out because of the duct tape on the unit and pipes. They also inspected my chimney and area. At best, everything was really dusty… I’m happy with that and can deal with that. They could have said this and that, but did not and were honest. I would highly recommend them because of the good inspection and honesty .

i had a hot water heater leak for possibly several days. when i realized it. turned off water and cleaned up area. dried up area but noticed smell. i called Esesis and talked to Tracy. she was pleasant and friendly. took down my info. Very shortly i got call from Chad. We talked about issue and he mentioned he would come out same day. he showed up hours later and checked me out. i was better off than i thought.
