I am enormously grateful for the outstanding manner in which ESG handled the removal of asbestos-containing pipe insulation in my apartment. I hired ESG because I previously had two extremely positive experiences with their company for abatement projects.

On the day of the project, they allowed me to expand the scope of work and sent additional machines that were not required, without charging me extra. These additional materials arrived within an hour of my making the request.

I think it's a family-owned business and the vibe was a warm, I-got-your-back vibe. The worker who did most of the abatement, Sotero, is an extremely kind, knowledgeable, smart and hard-working person who did an exceptional job. He sent me photos of the work, every step of the way. These photos gave me the confidence that the job was being handled in the safest and most professional way possible.

With two young children and a husband who has asthma, I was initially very anxious about abating friable asbestos in my home. However, the warmth, knowledge and professionalism with which this project was handled transformed my anxiety into deep gratitude.
