This is the second time I've attended a presentation at their auditorium & both were great experiences. The speakers, special community members, which they represented well. Lynn Valbuena represented her tribe quite well, sharing its history & tribulations. Brett Waterman is a local resident who loves restoring classic old homes, from bungalows to mansions & provided a great historical presentation on the Spanish & their influence on wine production & architecture. ESRI is providing a great service to the community.

Awful culture and community partner. They are composed of massive parking lots that go unused and block neighborhood access to public transportation with fences and security guards.

Worked with this vendor for a mutual client. While the software is world-renowned, they attempted to over-charge the mutual client by suggesting they purchase a cloud hosted server from ESRI literally right after ESRI setup their ArcGIS maps on a highly-specced on-site server that ESRI suggested initially.

They actually set up a security guard to tell kids they can't walk across one of their parking lots just to get to school. Has to be one of the worst community relations moves I've ever seen.

Truly fantastic and comprehensive suite of GIS software. The niche and open source programs serve their purpose but Esri has really covered all the bases with the 10.x platform. Keep up the good work.
