We've been using Essel Environmental for our SCS Engineers Staffing for extra workers, laborers, superintendents and for support panel staffing and let me tell you how wonderful of a job these guys do. Communication is perfect, always pickup or call immediately back, always vigilant about the details and responsive to our requests regarding staffing. We've only expanded our utilization of Essel's services and for good reason. With attentive and follow-through employees like Erick Garcia, we have the day-to-day needs handled, staff when we need the support, and strong communication throughout. I’ve been using Essel on my job site in Sacramento since June of 2023. They are definitely one of the better labor forces when it comes to properly vetting and placement of workers by trade. Jessica Meno and Erick are very responsive when it comes to requesting workers. They have also helped place Site Superintendents and Project Administrators on one of our other projects. I will definitely be using them again and have added Essel to our bid list for construction site cleaning and final clean after seeing the crews in action.

We have a large excavation and development project in San Francisco. We worked with Essel to develop a Health and Safety Plan, as well as ongoing air monitoring. Their on-site technicians are knowledgeable and great to work with. The Essel Team as a whole is very communicative which we really appreciate. Would recommend Essel and would use them again!
