Working with Claudia and her team was a great experience. I recommend the service, my family really loves the water system.
They fulfill everything they promise.
The soaps took a while to arrive, but they did arrive. When I have a question, I call Claudia and she always responds very kindly and helps me with what I need.

While the system works great, and all, we were promised a supply of soaps that we still have not received. They were promised to us 2 months ago and nothing has been delivered, nor has there been any communication. Although we were already planning to purchase a system when the opportunity fell into our hands, the representatives forced all of our family to sit down and watch them go through it. There really was no need for science experiments since we were already familiar. Once installation was done, and they came back to test again they forced us to sit and watch another presentation, my sisters were in town and all I wanted was family time, it felt a bit intrusive. Mind you we were also just moving and settling into the house we just bought and the timing just felt like we were preyed on. And to top it off, the installation was done at random times of the day and took a whole week to install. They did not come prepared and made our contractor purchase items out of their own pocket . I don’t think I will be recommending them anytime soon.
