Do not ever use this company if you hope to sell your house someday! They have held-up a home closing for my family member that was scheduled to happen weeks ago and already approved by the mortgage company, seller, buyer, bank and realtors. They are extremely slow to respond, refuse to speak to the actual people involved (will only talk to the realtor) and have just made this an absolute nightmare of a process for a wonderful veteran and his family who just returned from overseas. They very clearly are an “everyone is a number not a person” company that does not actually care about continuing sustainability from one homeowner to another or serving the people who invest in their products and “services”… if you can even call it that. I had seriously considered solar panels for my home But will never feel safe investing in them now after seeing how this company has treated my family.

Great panels, garbage financing company. You will never pay this off and they lie in their billing. They will tell you that you owe X amount by a certain date, but they keep charging you interest. If you ask for a payoff value, they won't give it to you and will just quote what is on the bill and not include the interest they will charge you so they can send you yet another bill. These people are trash and hopefully they get sued one day for their shady practices after the installation.
As for the installation and the required approvals? It took us months to get this because they screwed that up too. Everything is great now that it's working, but it's not like they invented solar panels. Good luck finding an installer/seller who is not hot garbage though.

Do Not open your doors or sign ANY contracts with Everbright this has been the worst decision I have ever made in my life, haven't saved a penny instead got 1 extra monthly bill! I have had my panels for over a year and they barely produce anything !!! This company is horrible They make everything look good but they don't back anything up that they promise customers ! I'm definitely reporting this company they completely misled me I will never refer Everbright (Complete Solar )also horrible customer service hold times are very long and no one seems to know anything my panels weren't in the monitoring system

My very first payment was due yesterday. Today they called and said they were collecting a debt and that I had missed my payment. You would think they could just send an email. I addition they use spoofed phone numbers like scam callers do. Is Everbright just a scam? That's how they operate. Be careful.

The people who installed my system left my yard a mess. There are areas of concrete left on the grass throughout my yard. Trenches were left without being filled back in. Large rocks were left all over the yard. I was told rocks or cement would be placed below the solar panels and that never happened. I'm very unhappy and would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. Please view the pictures.

Horrible company!
We were promised a discount when we signed up for automatic payment drafts and NEVER received the discount!
They call and send letters saying we owe a late fee and a balance….
We have done our part and called them 22 times…regarding this issue, nothing is ever done!
So
We removed the auto draft today and now they we get nothing!
Maybe now when they call, they just might fix it!!!!
Don’t Go with this company!
