Horrible experience from once contract was signed until now. They're completely absent. They do not provide updates and I can never get a hold of anyone. I've been paying for months now and they haven't even been prioritizing anything to get my panels turned on. All they care about is getting you to sign and then you're on your own paying for something you're unable to utilize. Go with any other company if you can.

Do Not use this company to obtain solar... if there is a problem they won’t know how to fix it nor will they contact you. Bad service!!! They do not care about you and your issues! When the power goes out I only have power to my watershed, but NOT to my house! I have contacted them several times and it is NOT fixed. When the power goes out I have to hook up a 200 foot extension cord from my watershed to the inside of my house to get power to my refrigerator and other power needs! An extension cord!!! I have spent a lot of money for solar and a back up battery and this type of service is extremely bad... ridiculous!!! All I want is this issue to be fixed!!! If they fix this problem... I will change my review, but this company refuses to respond to my emails, text messages, and calls.

Esta compañia miente y engaña a las personas obtuve el contrato en septiembre de el 2022 y me prometieron que en 2 meses estaría en función asta lastima que pague por techo y solar juan amalla quien es la persona que me vendio el contrato no contesta el techo tiene goteo y madera podrida a la vista me prometieron garantía de vida de el techo y asta ahorita no me arreglan nada no responden y ahora pago un techo con partes podridas y
Un solar que no esta conectado más mi luz tengan cuidado quitaré mi comentario cuando me arreglen mi situación
