Please do your homework. There are other way better options than Everything Solar.
They have a good salesman. He could sale ice to an Eskimo. He used to own the company. First, he did not calculated the amount of panels we were supposed to have to meet our needs. He assured us that if we ever had to move, it would be a very easy process to move the system to our new house. It proved to be the contrary. What Brad did NOT tell us was that in order to removed the panels from our house we had to paid them off. That was the only way the financing company would take the lien off our house. They would not even allowed us to move the panels and transfer the lien to our new location.This cost us over $80,000. By the time we paid the solar panels in full, we had very little money to put down on our new house. Everything Solar almost left us homeless. We were forced to downside and moved to a much older home because of there greed, lies. We were forced to reached out to the new owner and it was even worse. The new owner unwillingness to help was clear. After we explained to him with my wife almost in tears what had happened to us with thesolar system, he told us that he was just an employee of the company and he would see what he could do for us. Some how out of the blue he started to talk about his high level of education and he was put in the middle of the problem. The only thing he did for the company was the engineering part. He than told us that for Everything Solar to remove our panels and install them in our new home was going to be very expensive. He told us that the brackets his company used to install our panels were very expensive and he could only order them from out of state. We later find out that there is a supplier that carries the very same brackets located in Sanford, and infact; he was the owner of Everything Solar. One thing he told us the truth about was he wanted to charge us over $6,000 more than his competitors.

Everything Solar receives a glowing recommendation for being the absolute best choice we could have made (of the 7 estimates we received) they customized our system just as we wanted it configured, their pricing was very competitive, as for the installer of our system; Dillion, he could not have been more conscientious, technically competent and professional. My husband is extremely meticulous and was very concerned about our new black metal roof and electrical component installation on our newly constructed home, but nobody could have done more to ensure a perfect installation throughout the process. Brad is upfront and reliable and the entire process was exceptional to include setting up our account with FPL

Brad, Dylan and BJ designed, coordinated and installed our system during the late summer and fall of 2020, shortly after we moved into our new home.

Brad took an entire morning to ensure we fully understood the benefits & caveats to owning a solar system, and walked us through the math to be sure the final product met our electricity needs. Following commissioning, he stayed in touch to make sure everything was coordinated properly with Duke Energy and the system was functioning as expected.

Dylan was the lead installer onsite, and was professional and courteous throughout. I had the opportunity to see the final product on the roof up close, and was impressed with the workmanship and quality product installed.

BJ was (I understand) the system designer, and our primary point of contact after the sale, and quickly got our power monitoring account set up and configured. Each question I came up with was quickly & concisely answered.

The system passed inspection with the County promptly, and Duke Energy approved connection to the grid within a week. Since then, each power bill we've had has consisted of a customer charge and tax... we haven't paid them for power in several months.

Recently we added a plug-in hybrid to our garage, and are evaluating the possibility of adding extra panels to support it's power needs and avoid paying the utility anything more - Brad & company will be our first call!

We are so blessed and happy with our solar electric PV system. Brad and his team did an OUTSTANDING job. Everything was taken care of so professionally and went very smoothly. Our electric bill for June 2019 was $520. Our June 2020 bill this year was $41. I expect to have a negative bill some months. We are also blessed and glad to get to know Brad and his team at Everything Solar. I recommend Brad and Everything Solar to my friends and neighbors and I recommend them to you for all your solar related needs. (Solar electricity, solar hot water for your house and solar water heater for your pool)

Everything Solar was very professional from beginning to the end of the install. I had been skeptical about. Installing solar panels on my home, but with rising cost of electricity I didn’t want to be left behind. I am very fortunate I found and chose Everything Solar. Highly Recommend!

I had them out because my pool panels from another company had problems with leaks. They fixed everything very reasonable price. So I asked if they also did solar electric. Brad made an appointment, he was very personable and explained the process in a manner I could understand. When I asked him to come back and explain more questions I had. I was very satisfied and had them do the work. Everything went exceptionally well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would. They did a horrible job of estimating how much solar panels I need. We I asked for someone to come out and check the system because I believed it wasn't fitted properly, I was told it's because its winter, and it hasn't been sunny. Well its sunny now and I'm in Florida. I am now paying for solar and duke energy.
DO NOT GO WITH THEM!

EDIT:
I love how the longest and most detailed response I ever got from you guys was when I posted a review. Before this barely anything was explained to me. I was not told about any fees from Duke. I have yet to see any savings, but I'll hold off till the end of the year.

Also, what about the money I was supposed to receive back from you guys because my system was turned off when it was supposed to be on? I was told I would get a refund for this and never received anything.

While I realize now that I'm not paying Duke because I wasn't fitted properly, I still feel that your customer service leaves much to be desired. I still feel regret for purchasing solar with you guys.

We were skeptical going into solar, because it’s a big commitment, but Brad was our company representative, and he went above and beyond several times to make sure we understood, did not push us into anything, helped us get everything done we needed, then he kept up with us after to make sure it was working to our liking! I’m now happy to say my mo the electric bill is $31 and we are producing more than we use.
We almost went with another company until we met Brad - highly recommend this company and this guy.
Brad even recommended a new insurance agent that helped us save money on our homeowners!
