Erin is an absolutely-amazing functional medicine specialist who has changed my life. I am currently 28 years old and have been suffering from Narcolepsy for about 10 years now. I have seen numerous primary care doctors and specialists, all of whom were unable to address my condition. First, Erin is very knowledgeable and got me on the right track but she’s not a licensed doctor. Scripts are done from a Dr you’ll never meet. I wasn’t concerned about this originally because she had good reviews. However, the MD that I now see, stated there were some clinical issues with what she recommended.

The alarm that signaled is she told me it didn’t matter what day I do my hormone blood test. Yet, on her script it stated it should be done on day 21.

When questioning it, the guy that answered the phone didn’t understand what “Day 21” meant. It’s perplexing a receptionist wouldn’t understand basics as the process is for them to “talk to Erin and get back to me”.

The straw that broke the camels back was my Script was calculated incorrectly - X clicks of testosterone listed on the bottle was not in line with what Erin had me on. Assuming it was a pharmacy error, I questioned her in my last visit and she just did the math wrong.

Again, she’s Very knowledgeable, but she is not an MD and whoever is letting her use his license should be more involved in these business and operational processes. There should be a portal to log scripts and medical questions.
