UPDATED REVIEW: I still think JT and Bethany are amazing. The commitment they have to bettering the health and wellness of their clients is like no other. With their guidance my husband and I have lost a total of 245lbs. Without him we wouldn’t be running 5k’s or competing in obstacle course races. Coach and Coachette are simply the best.!!

JT is amazing! My husband and I met with him and at first thought is plan for us was crazy, turns out we were wrong. He has given us the tools to walk on a path of a healthier us. He loves what he does and he genuinely cares about the people he is helping. I can’t recommend him enough

The decision to make an appointment with JT honestly, saved my life. My journey has been a little different than most, but the outcome is the same. I started working with JT four years ago. He was helping my husband and I get into shape for our wedding day. What we got was so much more than we expected. JT not only gave us customized meal plans and work outs, but he a gave us an education that we have carried with us ever since. Last summer JT came to my aid again in a way I never expected. Last summer I became pregnant with my first child, and JT informed me he does prenatal nutrition too! During my first trimester I struggled with food aversions and became concerned that my baby wasn't going to get the nutrition she needed. I made an appointment with JT and was able to create a plan for me that would help with food aversions and give myself and baby optimal nutrition. JT also did fat measurements, during my visits. The fat measurements were a great help and probably my favorite part. Those measurements gave me peace of mind as I was gaining weight. Those measurements reassured me I was doing things right, gaining the right amount of weight needed for a healthy pregnancy. JT is such a great help to my family and I. We had a very healthy pregnancy, so much so, my doctor was highly impressed. He genuinely loves his work and loves his clients. This is a no nonsense guy who genuinely wants his clients to succeed. You will not regret working with JT!

JT has been guiding my fitness and nutrition for 4.5 years and I have gotten results that I never would have gotten on my own or by following anyone else or some trendy program. He and Bethany put so much care and compassion into each and every client and they are extremely passionate about what they do and helping people get their lives, health and happiness back that has slipped away after years of either poor choices or simply being uneducated about health and nutrition.

I joined the Alchemy fat loss and body recomposition program and am amazed at how quickly I have seen results. Muscle tone and definition that I have never seen on my body... ever. Evolve with JT is where I finally started my true weight loss journey. I struggled with ups and downs in my weight loss goal never knowing if what I was doing was correct or not. I joined Evolve with JT on 7/15/2019 and my results are improving by the day. I'm getting closer to my goal everyday thanks to JT and Bethany. I'm never hungry, I no longer take harmful weight loss pills, and now I'm feeling better about my reaching my goal. 🙂
I highly recommend you letting go of any hesitations about getting healthy. It is easier than you think. I WAS the biggest skeptic of them all and know my eyes have been opened. I love the new me I will be!!

Alchemy has changed my life and how I live in my body. I feel amazing, I have more energy and have been able to push myself farther than I thought I could (or would) at my age. I've always had an athletic build, but I have benefitted tremendously from the fine tuning of my muscles, my body shape and my overall well-being. JT is definitely the person to see if you are ready to make a healthy lifestyle change! He gives you the nutritional knowledge and the encouragement to succeed. My husband and I not only see JT for our nutritional goals, we also joined Team Evolve. We wanted something that we could do together. Although my husband has always been athletic, I have not. I've never ran in my life, until a few months ago, when we joined the team. Now, I am running obstacle races along with my husband. I never saw myself being able to do that. However, with the motivation and encouragement that comes, not only from Coach JT & his "Coachette" aka Bethany, but from the whole team, I'm actually doing it!!! You will never find a Coach & Coachette more passionate about what they do, than JT & Bethany Thompson, nor a better group of supportive people.
