I normally do not waste my time leaving negative comments. The owner of this business responded to a fire I had on my 2002 90 foot majestic yacht houseboat in 2019. During his response he suggested that he also owns a company for hazmat response clean up. Now, let me be clear. Some fuel leaked from a fuel vent while the boat was beached. During ignition that fuel was trapped under my swim platform and caused an explosion. The fuel on the surface burned off. This company fictitiously charged my insurance company for services they did not provide! I paid this company over 10k out of my own money for the little they did do. I would not use or suggest this company as there is likely a conflict of interest as the owner is also a firefighter who should not be suggesting his service while responding in the capacity of a first responder to an emergency. Discuss any charges and get whatever is agreed upon in writing first. Beware of fraud with this company.
