It has been 3 months since they completed the job they caught over 20 rats in two weeks! They sealed up my attic and crawlspace. Happy to say I no longer have a rodent problem! ? I would definitely recommend them!

We were hearing some scratching in the attic. So I decided to contact a few companies and to my surprise Excludetech was the fastest to come out. They inspected my property and went into the nasty attic. They found multiple droppings and showed us how infested it was. I was pleased with how thorough they were during the inspection and estimating process. So we decided to move forward with them. They did an amazing job and got rid of the rodent problem. It was a bit pricey, but they did offer us financing, and they had great reviews and guaranteed their work. Price means little for peace of mind. Thank you, Daniel, and the team!

I hired excludetech to work on my attic since I had a rodent problem and hardly any insulation in my attic.

After the job was complete, Gustavo came to my house to collect the money. Gustavo told me and my wife that he would have his crew come out the following week to check the traps that were in the attic, stucco the holes, and install a new attic door. A week and a half went by and no had come by. So I started to contact Gustavo and he told me he would have his crew go the next day but again no showed up. I kept getting the runaround by Gustavo and then eventually he started to ignore my calls all together. So I had to start calling Daniel who was the foreman for the job performed at my house. Eventually he was able to have his crew come out to check the traps, stucco the holes, and install a new attic door.

Overall, I would not recommend excludtech. Gustavo made sure he got the job by calling me daily or at least every other day but once the job was complete and he got his money he completely ghosted me. Excludetech still hasn’t provided a receipt, the attic door that was installed has about a 1/2 inch gap. Company was supposed to provide a six month inspection. I was surprised Gus actually called me six months after the job was done to provide that six month inspection. We made an appointment and that day arrived and no one showed up gave Gus a call didn’t answer my phone call but he did return. He said he meant to schedule two weeks out. Again next Wednesday came and still no crew gave Gus a call didn’t answer my phone call. I do not expect him to actually hold up his end of the contract which includes a six month inspection and a three-year warranty so again I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Best company these guys handled my bird problem on my roof with their Electric wire bird system that shocks the birds!They guaranteed me it would eliminate the flock from my roof and they came through. Highly recommend to all my neighbors! as you know the Panama area is infested with pigeons!

Thank goodness I found Excludetech. We had a rodent problem I called them, they came out to inspect. We approved the offer and they took care of our rat issue. This is the first year we haven’t hear any scary sounds in the attic. I definitely recommend there services.

I am so thankful we found Excludetech. We had a big issue with mice in our attic and them coming in to our living areas. They were able to rid us of our problem, sanitize our attic, and replace our old soiled insulation with new. Their prices are fair and competitive with other companies we had give us quotes. They were quick, efficient, and considerate of our home.

We had a menagerie living in our attic. The Excludetech crew did a great job of identifying how they were getting in and blocking all the access points, including along the foundation as well as the roofline. While removing old insulation and putting in new insulation is a messy job, they were very careful to control it. I was absolutely shocked at how little I had to clean/dust after they were done. They showed up every day on time and the entire crew was friendly and did a great job explaining every step of the process.

We have a small vacation home in a rural and remote area about an hour from Bakersfield. We discovered evidence of mice in the bathrooms and did some research on treatment options and decided to go with a professional. After looking around, we felt Excludetech met our needs best and we called to see if they would be willing to help us being as remote as we are. They not only were willing, but incredibly friendly and kind. We agreed on a date to meet. Gustavo was excellent about communicating and confirming. He arrived with his crew on time and all three of them were the nicest and most hard working individuals. They immediately got to work identify and assessing the areas. We have a manufactured home, and the crawl space can be a challenge to navigate. They were thorough and tediously assessed every tiny possible entry point. They essentially worked all day without a break, securing, cleaning/sanitizing, fogging, setting traps, etc. We were told that usually the traps will start going off in the cabinets over the next few days but each week should be less and less as they fine tune their work addressing openings. However, not a single trap went off while we were there. Gustavo will return weekly to check and address any new evidence he finds until the problem is resolved completely. However, it’s clear his work is so good that it is already well on its way to mission accomplished. I feel confident having this in his hands to monitor and am reassured that costly damage to our home has now been avoided. I highly recommend Gustavo and Excludetech.
