I have a very unique house. Normal radon systems are plain, white and stick out like a sore thumb. I asked Dave to keep the amazing architectural aspect of our house clean and hide the radon best he could. He went well above my expectations. I’ve included pictures because I was amazed at the work. I am also a realtor and have recommended him for all my clients, and he exceeds every expectation with them too, but I have never seen specialty work like this. Highly recommend him and his company

Expertech was great to work with! Dave came 24 hours after our initial phone call to give an estimate. Two days later our system was installed and our radon levels went from 60.6 to 0.7 almost instantaneously. They were efficient, friendly and professional. Their documentation of the process (through pictures and video) was very appreciated as the homeowner. This is how business should be done!

Fantastic service and our radon is mitigated!! We were moving from Wisconsin to Pueblo West, and needed our new home tested for radon. Dave Wright and ExperTech Environmental was recommended by our home inspector as Pueblo area's radon expert. Well, our test for radon came back well over the EPA’s “action level”, so we hired ExperTech to install a mitigation system ASAP. On the day of install, they arrived when they said they would, performed the installation, and made sure everything would work well with our home and exterior. Dave and his son Corbin were very polite, energetic and meticulous with their work. After the installation, they set up a continuous test to ensure they got it all, and our residual radon levels are now a mere fraction of what the EPA recommends as safe. They communicated throughout the entire process and were professional, friendly and efficient. They cleaned up when the job was completed and left our home in good order. We are very pleased with our new system and we'd absolutely recommend ExperTech to anyone looking for a top-notch radon mitigation specialist in Colorado!
