When we first checked in and walked into our room the carpet was wet and the room smelled like pee. We checked under the bed and found a beer can which is where the smell was probably coming from.
Amal was kind and apologetic so she gave us a new room. It smelled better and seemed cleaner. The rooms need updating. They’re very old. We stayed for 4 days but unfortunately no one came to clean during this time. The free breakfast was nice, but generally the stay was okay. The first room experience told me all I needed to know about their cleaning services. I won’t be staying here again.

The room is clean and the atmosphere is almost always quiet, which helps with sleep and productive work. The facility is dog friendly with a designated outdoor spot. The staff is helpful and available for any requests. I highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free stay.

This hotel is a great value for the money in a safe, surprisingly quiet (hotel is next to Hwy 101) location. Staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Amal. Housekeeping also has done a great job keeping my room clean and homey.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. HVAC functioned fine. Kitchenette was convenient. Bathroom safe, spacious and clean. Nearby gas, grocery, and eating establishments. Helpful, friendly staff accomodated our request for early check-in without problem. Stay here with confidence!

Positive: The sophisticated layout of the room that included many aspects of communal living. Negative: Perhaps the meal selection (only breakfast: oatmeal + coffee); however, it is understandable since we are provided kitchens.

I had an extremely disappointing check-in experience with the front desk staff, particularly Cecilia. I mention her by name because she wasted three hours of my time, ultimately forcing me to find another hotel at midnight while traveling alone.

Here’s what happened: I had booked a 20-night long-term stay with prepayment specifically because the rooms included a mini kitchen. Due to a flight change, I arrived a day later than originally planned. Despite not receiving any cancellation notice, I was informed upon arrival that there was no room available for me. When I asked if my booking had been canceled, Cecilia denied any cancellation and refused to accommodate me in another room. Instead of offering a solution, she continued to serve other customers, completely ignoring my request.

This experience was incredibly frustrating and distressing, as I had to find another hotel at around midnight. The behavior of the staff was not only unprofessional but also felt discriminatory.

I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this hotel to look elsewhere. The management and staff are rude and unprofessional, and the overall experience was terrible.
