After speaking with several other companies that kept telling me what they couldn’t do for me, Brian was the only one who told me that he could do everything I was wanting. He was out the very next day to survey my home and had a quote for me that very same week. We required a complete exterior remodel of a roof, siding and new windows and gutters. What we thought was going to be a long drawn out job of three or four months, Brian and his team was able to get the entire job done in about one months time. They had my entire roof replaced in about a day and a half. The windows were replaced and remodeled in about two days time and the new siding and gutters were put on in about a day and a half as well. My house went from being in almost dilapidated condition and a neighborhood eyesore to immaculate and the nicest looking house in town. After having my house appraised once the job was completed, Brian and his team have almost doubled the value of my home. I absolutely love the way my home looks and couldn’t be happier with the results! If you’re looking for a quality contractor I would highly recommend this one!

I called Exterior Design about redoing the roof on my grandpa's home on June 1st 2022, talked to Brian about everything we were wanting to do, he came out the next day and met with my mom to see everything, and was ready to start Thursday morning. They ended up starting Friday morning June 3rd, and finished Saturday June 4th. Everyone was very polite and professional. Wouldn't do anything without asking so they didn't tear anything up or cause problems. They left everything just like they found it. I'm extremely happy with the quality of service, and professionalism by their entire crew. I highly recommend them, and will definitely call them again for any needs we are not able to do.

I have had 2 great experiences with Exterior Design Plus. Brian and his crew installed new gutters on my home over the summer and did a nice job. It is obvious the seamless gutters were installed by professionals. Brian noticed the roof was looking tired and took the time to figure an estimate for a new roof without me even asking for it. The roof estimate was professional, detailed, and it was a great price with a short lead time. So I had them come back and replace the roof. Within a few weeks the crew showed up and tore off the old roof and replaced it with a new one, in under a week. They cleaned up all the mess daily, and were polite and easy to work with. The roof looks great, they did an excellent job. I 'm glad I know who to call for this work now.

Whenever it would rain, my gutters would overflow in various spots and I would hear constant, loud dripping for a couple days after on my downspouts, even if it only sprinkled. Looked around for businesses that had good reputations and by FAR Exterior Design Plus had the most reviews, as well as the best. I called for an estimate, Brian came out the next morning first thing. Let me walk around with him as he explained his professional opinions on my home's issues. Estimate was sent over the next day. Once I accepted, they took on the hassle of getting the permit and even rescheduled my installation to accommodate the work schedules in our house. They arrived on time, and got straight to work, all of them professional and efficient. They bring the material to your house and form the gutters after measuring twice. I also wanted gutter guards so I don't have to get up there twice a year. They didn't leave any messes, took all the old away. Sealed up all the ends. Showed me where the problems were with the old. Pitched improperly, bent forward, old gutters with downspouts for larger gutters, so it wasn't draining properly. Went with a color just slightly darker than my siding, a whole new look. We have had a lot of rain since then. I can now enjoy the sound of the rain hitting my roof instead of the water torture of my old downspouts, not a single waterfall where it shouldn't be. My downspouts are arranged higher on my house, so they actually take water away from my foundation instead of pooling up against it. Brian has checked up with us after rainfalls to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend you choose them. You will get professional, personable service. And you will be satisfied with the outcome!
