I have worked with this team for several years as a realtor, and Extra Mile does a great job at home inspections! They are thorough, professional, and genuinely invested in serving their clients. I would highly recommend them!

No extra mile here, only extra money on our part, due to their blatant errors and omissions. They inspected a new to us home purchase. Even after we had specifically asked if there were any problems with the roof, they reported that the roof was in good condition. After closing on our property, we learned that they completed their inspection 2 days after a major hail storm had occurred. We then had a separate roof inspection, which showed evidence that they had not reported damage that should have been revealed to us, and the roof inspector stated that they could not believe Extra mile inspection did not bring this damage to our attention, as it was incredibly obvious to someone who has minimal training in inspections. When it was brought to Extra Miles attention, they pointed out that they cannot be held responsible for missing such an obvious error. My advice would be, do not hire this company, as they will possibly miss major problems that will cost you a ton of money, and they will not take responsibility for their errors and omissions. And from yelp reviewers, it seems this is not the first time they have made such an erroneous and costly mistake. I wish we had seen the warning and avoided having them as our inspector- don’t make our mistake.
