I have an over 10 years old Ez Kut hand pruners. The spring finally broke. This company and their customer service are outstanding. They sent me a new spring and a new blade with parts at a very reasonable price and shipped right away. In today's world, it is wonderful to have a company back their product with great customer service. I expect to get another 10 years of use from my pruners.

I have the EZ Kut G2 Lopper. It is everything they say it is and more. basically, if it fits in the jaws it will cut. The design of the ratcheting mechanism dramatically converts the motion of the lever arms to force between the jaws. After the G2 was in my hands for one or two days, I threw my Fiskers lopper into the trash.

I have had a couple of problems with my G2 but under the terms of the lifetime warranty they were taken care of, even when I admitted that I abused the lopper and just wanted to buy the part. If you have a warranty problem and need some extra parts (I wanted some spare springs), be sure to call and they will combine them so you do not have to pay one shipping charge for the warranty part and another for the parts you are buying. Excellent customer support!

We purchased the EZ Kut pruner around the year 2000. This year (2024), the blades would not cut anymore, and the spring was sticking. We called up EZ Kut, and they sent repair parts. For some reason we could not get it working correctly. We called and Antonio, advised to send it in. We just received a new pruner. Up until 2024, we had never encountered any problem. Great product, and would recommend to everybody.

We had been using what we thought we good loppers until we got the EZ Kut G2 loppers. These are next level awesome. We had a huge storm come through and knock out 3 of our trees. My husband did the heavy work with the chainsaw and I went to work with the loppers. The ratchet feature is key and due to the length of the lever arm makes cutting super easy even for this ol' girl. Well, something happened and the blade snapped. I called the company and they next day they called me back and had a replacement blade in the mail. SUPER impressed with their customer service and the quality products.

I purchased the EZ KUT G2 Ratcheting Lopper via Amazon last year. It was a bit pricey, but I was intrigued by the warranty. I am a retiree who is new to working with tools like this. My husband is the expert, but can no longer physically do all of the work. I love this product, and my husband is impressed with it. The ratcheting aspect allows me to do work that I don't have the strength to do. I feel powerful using the G2! I recently spoke to Antonio in Customer Service. Antonio was friendly, helpful and very patient with me. I am now a loyal EZ KUT user, looking forward to replacing our low quality tools with EZ KUT products.

EZKut pruners are the one and only pruners I will ever use again. I have tried many and nothing compares. I don’t go into the woods without them. I keep a pair in my turkey vest and a pair in my deer pack.

I had a small issue with a 20 year old pair of pruners and their customer service took care of me completely.

After doing extensive research on the best pole saws on the market for the money it was clear to me that the 20' EZ KUT pole saw would be a good investment. I initially purchased the pole saw through Amazon and it arrived in a crushed box with no packing and the pole looked as if had been used. I contacted EZ KUT noting my disappointment and I was personally contacted by Antonio and he took care of me with 5 Star Customer Service. The Kamikaze saw blade and extension pole are amazing and made short work of the Mesquite and Ironwood trees on my property.
