I had reached out to EZ Permits to legalized my aluminum roof and fence. The minute she took my case she was able to find out that the city was not approving construction for any aluminum roof in my area. I later went to the city of Hialeah and they confirmed the same. Elisa did not take a single penny for her investigation in regards legalizing my patio roof.

Due to her honesty, I decided to hired her to help me legalize my aluminum fence.

The process went smoothly and exactly the way she told it was going to be. Today I got my final permit for my fence.

I cant not express enough how grateful I am with Elisa from EZ permits by helping me.

Highly recommend her for any permit or violation legalization you might have.

SCAMMERS!!! RUN THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! THEY STOLE $8000 from me and my family! I was actually Eliza’s insurance agent prior to hiring her to help me with my permits. I helped her find good coverage and always treated her respectfully and HELPED her when she needed me so I thought she was the best choice to help me with my permits. We started the process in 2020. After she started getting money she was unresponsive and full of excuses Covid, no architects, sick, family member sick it was always something, and whenever she would respond it was for me to send her MORE MONEY or pay another rework fee or ticket because of how long she was taking for everything. She rushed me to pay $2000 of tickets right before Christmas and like an IDIOT I paid them just to be again CONSTANTLY after her until last week when she sent me an email saying she is terminating our contract due to ME TAKING LONG TO PAY TICKETS! I have more texts and emails with her excuses but below are just a few. If you have had issues with this company please reach out to me. DONT USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!

On a business level as a Realtor I have been using EZ permits services for years now. EZ Permits rushes my clients emergency’s for clear to close. In other words without EZ Permits I wouldn’t be able to survive and my clients wouldn’t have their dream homes. Great communication and punctual! Elisa, the owner goes beyond your expectation to get the job done and attacks unforeseen issues one may have in the future. I call her the permit whisper! I highly recommend her.

Absolutely do NOT hire this company to do any permit work for you. My experience here was absolutely horrible. Came to them back in 2022 to clear up several violations that popped up on my property. Eliza gave false promises about how long the entire process was going to take (anywhere from 3-6month). Took an entire year to see any progress and once all was said and done there were still violations and permitting that they did not complete. I ended up getting more citations from the city and had to hire a different company. Every time I would call they would never answer and they closed due to ‘covid’ over 5 times in the entire year that I had them working for me. My advice is find someone else to do the work for you. These guys will leave you out to dry.

I very highly recommend this company. I quickly found out how difficult it is to deal with code compliance issues. The staff at Easy Permits and Legalizations took my case and immediately I was able to be more at ease.
