Just moved out of that complex on 8/31. I’ve stayed on the property for two years. I really love the location because everything is convenient but the management Shantethe front desk secretary they’re so unprofessional. The maintenance guy they’re very rude and very unprofessional. I’ve lived in that place for two years and not one time that manager came in inspect my unit, but at the end of my moving out the fees that she added was ridiculous and I told her I’m not paying for it. I will take their ass to court and when I’m done with her, she would never work another management company ever again in her life. cause I’m not the one there’s a lot of foul play going on in that place tenant stealing your stuff dog poop all over the place noise all kind of wee hours of the night. This is no place for you to raise a family and they act like they care, but really don’t so whoever reads my post that is in management. Please don’t reply back cause you all really don’t give a shit about how that place is being run, but don’t worry I got proof For the two years of all the unprofessional stuff that had to cure with management and the staff, they opened up a can of worm cause I’m not to be played with. All the management care about is keeping a roof over her Head she don’t care about nothing else and I won’t doubt that she’s stealing the money too. That’s why she bring up all those ridiculous charges to people when they’re moving now how are you gonna charge a move out fee? And they could never answer your question they don’t know anything other than being unprofessional I could swear that place is ghetto

I moved out less than a month ago. From the time I moved in until I left the ac did not work. I put in maintenance request beyond maintenance request and the front office acted as if they never got them. The lady who used to be at the front desk now works in the back and she acts as if she’s all that and a bag of chips. They are beyond disgusting and disrespectful. Don’t get me started on the roaches in them apartments. They are so bad I spent 100s of dollars to try to get rid of them but it was a fight that I wasn’t going to win! Then within 2 weeks of me leaving a pipe INSIDE of the wall broke flooded the apartment nothing was done. Throw on a new pipe and left the rug covered in mold, my children were unable to sleep in there bedrooms because of the smell. THEN at 2:30am the water heater broke and flooded the apartment as well as the driveway. 24 hour maintainer didn’t answer so I had to call the fire department! Then got bitched at for calling the fire department. I was told the pipe and heater is my neglect to the apartment…didn’t know I had to service my water heater should have had that in the lease! Then when I went to terminate my lease after the mental abuse this place put me through. I was told I was being evicted I was told if I didn’t leave the sheriffs will lock me and my family out. Oh pet friendly my ass!! I was told I didn’t need to pay a fee then two weeks into living there I get hit with an $1000 pet fee. Because yeah I just moved and I can afford that!! Now that I am moved out the carpet and subfloor needs to be replaced…are they doing that nNOPE they are throwing a carpet down and renting it!! AND CHANGING ME RENT MONTHLY UNTIL THE RE RENT THE APARTMENT!!!! They send you a virtual lease to sign that you are unable to do because the format they use switched up on you!!! They are unorganized and disgusting. The maintenance guy (tall with glasses) asked my daughter “when is your freeloading mother going to pay rent” my daughter is 7….then when you tell them about someone threatening to beat your 7 year old daughters ass for riding her bike they said “oh I’m sorry that is not an issue we can handle” this place is a joke and is ran by clowns!! Really funny how the main office is all fancy and well maintained but the apartments are neglected and the tenants are treated like they are lower than dirt on the ground! DONT RENT FROM HERE!!! I would rather live in a box on the side of the highway in the dead of winter than ever live there again. I would give them less than one star if google allowed me too. This place is the reason I left Florida!!!

I have a friend that lived there for about 3 months and was evicted by this lady who is now a manager, she evicted her over this parking space and also because she was told that she’s rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and just the look on her face is Nasty.. the apartment smells, lots of roaches, oh and I forgot to mention that my friend has two kids who unfortunately have to leave because of this horrible individual.. oh and I forgot to mention that she also lives there.

I love the location. The apartments are nice and everything has been well maintained, however I’ve had issues with roaches that I feel like they’re brushing off. I have someone that comes and cleans once a week and I’m constantly vacuuming to try and keep them away. The walls are also super thin, my upstairs neighbor sounds like they’re trying to juggle bowling balls.. sometimes at 3-4 am, I can hear babies crying, moms yelling.. etc. I will say, the maintenance is great, they are super attentive and will sometimes even address the problem the same day. Overall it’s a good place to live, aside from the thin walls.

Fraud* Beware This property is constantly changing property management companies and they can’t even keep up with their paperwork. Currently under collections for a rug with NO proof of damage and also no proof of what happened to our security bond(which covers up to $2,000 of supposed damages). The AC unit broke down and leaked all over the rug. The company then provided a commercial fan for us and told us the rug wasn’t our responsibility (obviously) and now we are being charged for it?!! No one in the office can direct us on where to call or whom to call because this company sold all prior debts without proof or proper contact to the prior tenants ..Everyone is talking in circles and no one is taking accountability. Insane that in 2024 there is no electronic payment and paperwork history. I do not recommend this property at all. Messed with our credit.

Love falcon trace apt . Quiet safe environment. It’s affordable. And in very good neighborhood. Everything is very close by. Love it .been here 3 yrs. Management is awesome. Maintenance always on top of repair. Love that has swimming pool. And gated.

The new Maintenance manager Gabriel is awesome. I have been having issues with my AC for some time now and he came in and fixed it! Very nice pleasant and efficient. The office staff is also very nice and understanding. Rachel has always gone out of her way and has been very helpful since I moved in here a little over two year ago now.
Thank you all for all you do !
