We had Joe come out to help diagnose our furnace. He was very polite, very straight forward and very knowledgeable! He walked me through everything he was looking at and why. He should us the crack in our furnace heat exchanger and he did everything he could to make us comfortable for the night. Joe went above and beyond any of my expectations and was a delight to work with. The guys that came and replaced the furnace were there the next day pretty early and had everything done before it started getting below freezing again for the night. Raphael, thanks for getting this done so quick! We truly could not have asked for a better group of guys to work with and thank you is not enough! We wish we could give this review 10 stars for the hard work and dedication these guys have! THANK YOU!

2nd time calling them, they originally serviced our ac now our furnace. Both times were same DAY service, and they offer 2 year part and labor warranty on any part you purchase from them. The last company we worked with did not offer that, it brings me so much peace of mind that I don’t have to worry about that part since we have such an old furnace. Joe Walker is a wonderful technician. I cannot believe how forthcoming he was with the issues our furnace had and what needed to be done. He gave us full transparency and advice. He went above and beyond to fix a broken part and pick it up late at night. I am so grateful I finally found someone I can trust to be honest, fully explain issues, costs and what to expect. I'm glad I found this company. They were able to come out just two hours I made a call. Joe, the technician, was very good. He took the time to show my wife everything, discuss what needed fixed, provided great advice and overall superior customer service vs other HVAC companies I've used over the years. Misael came out earlier than expected which was great because I was freezing. He put on booties upon entering the house, was very respectful and friendly. He was able to figure out the issue quickly, go get the part and returned right away to finish the job. Very impressive and I will recommend Family Man to others.

Our experience with Family Man, HVAC , and Joe specifically who is the service man who came to our house was exceptional. Joe was on time, very polite and knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned out a pressure sensor switch on our furnace and now we have reliable heat again.

I had an investment property where the furnace went out on a very cold day. Family man got there very quickly, within a couple hours. They had the needed part on hand and went back out to complete the job the same day. Joe also did a follow up appt when my tenant had some concerns, quickly and calmed them.

When our furnace stopped working at the beginning of winter—at the absolute worst time—we felt overwhelmed. One company came out, treated us condescendingly, and gave us an outrageously high quote. Thankfully, we found Family Man Heating and Cooling, and the experience was like night and day.

He came out the same day, looked at our furnace, and patiently explained everything in a way that made sense, showing us respect and talking to us like intelligent adults. The quote he provided was not only fair but also reasonable compared to the first company's.

Despite it being late on a Friday evening, he came by to assess the issue. By Monday, his office manager called us to say he found the part and schedule an appointment, by Tuesday, we had heat again! His honesty, reliability, and professionalism stood out every step of the way.
