Farley and Associates is unresponsive and unprofessional.

After leaving a few voice-messages on his work phone, Mr. Farley called back to discuss the project at our Condo complex. We discussed our project needs for an engineering evaluation at our Condo building complex, and he said he would call me back later that same day after reviewing his calendar to schedule a site visit for the evaluation we were requesting.

I never heard back from him.

After 2 more days, I called Mr. Farley on both his office phone and cell phone and left messages on both phones repeatedly for 2+ weeks. I also sent him text messages to his cell phone.

Mr. Farley "ghosted" us for some reason and we never heard back from him to schedule the meeting as he said he would despite calling and leaving over 10+ voice messages for him.

If Mr. Farley decided that he did not want to do the engineering evaluation at our condo complex for some reason, all he had to do is call and tell me that so we would know that and move on. But unfortunately, he never responded again nor answered any calls after our repeated attempts to contact him.

He is either no longer doing business, or chooses to Ghost customers if he decides he doesn't want their work.

I recommend to stay away from Farley & Associates and find other Engineering companies for your needs.
