I called after hours with a leak in water meter pipes. They called me back in 5 minutes and within 35 minutes I had a great plumber that started immediately on my issue. His name is Donald. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and professional. I will definitely be using this company again. Seriously, he had my leak fixed on after hours time, and I was shocked at how affordable they are. I highly recommend them.

Steven Rutledge was a professional
he was well aware of the problems that i had gone on with my plumbing. He handled the problem and explained it to me as he was doing the job. He was fast and the family is grateful for him coming out after hours and short notice I will recommend him and this company to anyone and i also want to give thanks to the dispatcher she was understanding and made sure what was going on and got someone right on it. I called Fast Az yesterday when we realized there was a water in my wall. I could have elected for an after hour service but I choose to turn off the main line to the house and wait until the next day. Was expecting an afternoon arrival but they called early and showed up ahead of schedule. They work with us on a plan to find the leak with minimal damage to the existing drywall. Repaired the leak quickly and efficiently. They have been courteous, timely, efficient and very helpful. If I ever have another issue with water leaks, they will be my first call. Thanks for your help. Hard to find good help these days....but I just did.

Steven came out, earlier then I was told to expect him, which was great! He diagnosed the problem showed me via video where roots had gotten into my main sewer pipe. Ray and Jamal came out only expecting a clean out and video scope but ended up fixing some issues with my drain line! We have been having serious issues since we moved in and have had to get the line cleaned out many times. Hoping what he recommended is the final fix. It was really cool getting to see the video on the camera so I could see the issues and he even help me mark on the wall where a potential issue might be in the future. I can’t think them and Fast AZ Services enough as they came out in the middle of the night when we first moved in to clean out the line
