There lazy don't want to work just collect a paycheck. County don't care. Why should I pay these people when I could burn it or take it the dump myself . At least the job would get done.

For my neighborhood, trash pickup is supposed to be Tuesdays. Often times they don't make it out until Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and only after you've called to complain. They skip our entire neighborhood. If they can't get it on Tuesday and it fell to Wednesday it wouldn't be a big deal but when they skip and it's Thursday or Friday and this happens every single week, it gets annoying. Then of course the trash will start to overflow because they failed to pick it up, when they finally get to it sometimes they will spill trash in the road and they don't even bother picking it up. You'll get home from work and find trash in the road or yard. Just terrible service. Our county officials need to fire this company

This company is literally stealing money from the taxpayers in Polk county. I cannot tell you the last time our trash was picked up on schedule. This week alone they are already 4 days late. Avoid doing business with this company at all cost. The government of Polk county should sue to collect fees for services not rendered.

Was told by Polk co waste that this company would deliver a trash bin to us because ours went into the trash truck while being emptied. Going on 2 weeks and still waiting

over a week and they still haven’t picked up the garbage in the west of polk county (lakeland/mulberry). literally stealing money from tax payers and not doing the job they’re in contract to do. They need to be out of business A.S.A.P for their unprofessionalism and terrible quality of service.

They claim to have 6 cameras on every truck but can't find the video where they broke my window. Avoid these people, unprofessional, non-responsive and basically call you a liar when you have a problem.
