Called to try to find out when overnight shipping ends. Was "greeted" by a robot who not only REFUSED to let me talk to a person, but also didnt recognize "overnight shipping". Guess im never using fedex.

Needed to cut documents, Was told that their cutting machiene was out of service eventhough it is manual. Asked how much the service cost and was told to goto another location miles away and for some reason wasnt given a cost. Guy said the cost vary. Felt pushed away and dismissed. NEVER GOING BACK THERE! FedEx gave me no issues and was eager to help. Dissapointed:(

I enjoy coming to this facility because the employees are always professional and courteous. They take their time with each guest and provide exceptional quality service to everyone.
I'm a senior and I've always gotten a warm greeting and all my questions answered without an attiude. This means a lot to all consumers in this day and time. Keep up the good work guys see you soon.

The older lady there is a bit rude, I came in and forgot to add a strip of tape to the box. She said they don't have any that I could use and insisted that I buy some from the corner wall where they sell tape and stuff. I'm not buying a whole roll of tape just to use one piece of tape. So on the box I had there was extra strips of tape on the side from when it was sent to me. I took a strip off and added it to the top. I went back and she accused me of stealing tape!! I'm like lady what are you crazy, I just took this tape off the side of the box. The tape even has the name of the company that sent the package. This really upset me that she accused me of stealing tape. FedEx has no problem with helping you out with tape if needed. They are always nice and professional. This UPS store is so lazy and cheap that they can't even inventory some rolls of tape just in case a customer may forget to tape a box. I understand you can't do it for every customer, but I only needed one piece of tape! I don't recall the lady's name, but she needs to be more professional and not accuse people of stealing tape!! I definitely prefer the FedEx in Homewood, they know how to treat people. I will try to avoid this ghetto UPS store any chance possible.

I'm a regular here, since I'm planning a wedding and don't own a printer (putting it on the registry!) and every time I come in here, the customer service is just plain awesome. Whether there are two customers or ten customers, the staff is always calm, polite, and helpful. They make sure the job meets your quality standards and you leave the store satisfied. So many other businesses could take tips from these great employees.

Joaquin is amazing. Most of the time I come in he’s there and does so well with customers. I usually just go to the print and go area but it’s close enough to the counter where I can hear his interactions with guests as they come in. And I must say his patience is through the roof! He’s handled difficult customers on more than one occasion with ease.
Let me be clear - ALL the staff I have came across has been helpful and respectful as well- I just happen to see Joaquin a whole lot more.

The staff in this store is fantastic — always helpful. Joaquin has made a strong impression with his cordial handling of every customer. He remembers regular customers names - greets you by name on your arrival. Always accommodating. Joaquin is a real asset to FedEx.
