Drivers were great until this week. We have the laziest driver now. He couldn't deliver my packages for 3 days. He couldn't grasp...walk into the business and have them sign for package. He wod put the business closed at 1:27...when they close at 5pm. Unbelievable.

What said is you call the 1-800 number to get help about a package to be delivered, but you can't get anyone on the phone to get help, all you get is a machine.

Fed ex is speedy, but the boxes are always filthy.... it would be nice if they were wiped off before I delivered
