Great service! I had a problem with my package but the workers and manager helped me so much!! I really needed this package and they gave it to me minutes after closing hours! I appreciate that so much I know there’s rules but I really needed this thanks.

Went in 2/4 at 7pm, girl with dreads was very rude and right off the bat had an attitude. I know this is a rough area but someone in upper management should speak to her about her nasty attitude. Had my package sent to Westchester, Amelia was very polite. Huge difference!

My package was supposed to be same day delivery but instead was gonna arrive on a day that I didn’t need it. The operator told me to drive my sick ass up there just for the manager and employee to tell me they couldn’t give me my package. As well as 2 other operators hanging up in my face instead of having me talk to a manager about receiving my package. Also it was up to the manager who was too busy showing off her pandora bracelets in my face to go get my package. The manager in charge as I’m sitting in the parking lot got plates in her hand eating instead of trying to give me a package.

UPDATE: they instead delivered the package the next day Saturday, but could’ve gave it to me since the package was at Hillside the entire time. The employee didn’t even know what she was talking about saying it had to go to Chicago to come back here 🤦🏾‍♀️

Garbage company!! I hope y'all go outta business, at least try delivering the package before immediately coming out the truck with a slip so you don't have to do your job. Lazy ass employees I hope y'all are getting paid peanuts and lose your job

Came to pick up my package at this location and was given an open box. When I asked what happened and why it was open they told me it was shipped like that. Mind you, the tear tab on the box was ripped. I suspect fowl play from the workers there. Had to go through my gift and open it up fully to make sure all my stuff was in there. Since it wasn’t something flashy they didn’t take it but sure did open it up.

Package delivered to wrong address. I Never received what I paid for. Many claims filed providing proof of wrong delivery. FedEx not taking responsibility. Package was mailed to this facility. Save yourself money this holiday season and pick up your own deliveries or choose another delivery service.

They don’t deliver packages. Not that with signature required. They are disgusting. Signature required means something extremely important and people waiting for that and taking day off a literally waiting on the porch . It’s not some junk from Amazon!!! This is unacceptable. People need to join and fill lawsuits! Shame on this company. I have camera !!! I know who was in front of my door. Every car , every dog every minimal movement is recorded so stop lying!!!!!

How hard is it to ring a bell knock on the door. 3 days of this and i need my package. Took off work to sign for it 8:30- 10:30am was supposed to be the arrival time. Then they changed it to 8 o’clockPm😳 the person had to have walked to the door did NOTHING then left a sticker! 🫣 it said to call me ring the bell knock on the door.. none of this happened
