I’ve had Feldco windows for more than 25 years with no concerns. I recommended the company when my mother needed to get new windows installed. They have a wonderful window presentation and they had the most economical price compared to their competitors (Window Nation & Pella were the other quotes). One note of interest, Feldco does have an “F” rating with the BBB. I’ve learned that the BBB has a rigorous process and cost is attached to be a part of BBB so this may be why they are not aligned to the BBB. One of the competitors used the “F” rating as a sales tactic when I declined to move forward with them. The other competitor communicated upfront that they would not compete with Feldco pricing. Another aspect I appreciated about Feldco, is that we have bars on the basement windows. They removed the bars for installation and put them back!!! The others said they couldn’t put the bars back. This is why Feldco won the business, outside of reputation & cost! All in all, we're happy with their product & service.

Experience started off great. Had a wonderful salesman, knew the product well. Even helped me after the fact when I changed my mind the next day with the color.
Instillation was great. They cleaned up after themselves. Made sure to do what was needed, ie: putting a tarp down vacuuming while cutting in the house so there wasn’t a mess. Once the doors were installed that’s when the problem started. The bottom screens were too long and would not retract so they were all bunching up.
Our installer put in an order for 2 new screens. We got a call that service was going to come out, however they don’t do Saturdays. The scheduler suggested we just leave the doors unlocked so they could come out to fix them. That right there was a big NO. Soonest we could get was 1 month after install. My husband stayed home from work so we could get our very expensive doors fixed.
Tony was the first guy to come by. Was her for 6 minutes. He said he can’t fix them. No he was supposed to measure them and order new screens. I reached out to Feldco, explaining the situation. Yes, I did say I’m getting nothing but aggravation and no compensation.
Lo and behold, another guy shows up on Saturday of all days. Wonderful guy named Nick. Explained he’s is going to order the screens and take ownership of our problem.
11/4 I get a call from the rudest salesman named Steve. Telling me he doesn’t feel right giving me a dime back and all I’m after is money. He wouldn’t let me talk, kept interrupting me. All I wanted was someone other than the phone girls telling me they’re “sorry”. I just wanted Steve to listen to me and know why I’m upset, to say the least. After about 3 minutes into a 5 minute call I had to tell him to shut up so I could talk. I told him since he did not wanna listen to me. I’m sure the BBB will as well as me writing a review. He told me I was threatening him. He kept talking over me so yes, I I said he was being an A hole. He told me to have a great day, so I told him to F off.
After that phone call I still have no idea when anyone is coming out to fix my screens.
Not appropriate on my side. But that is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This is the second and the last time I’ll ever use Feldco.

I highly recommend Feldco this is my second home project with them. The first time I did all my windows and now I’m getting a sliding patio door. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They are fair with their prices and always have promotions.

My salesman John was very professional in his presentation of the Feldco windows never did we feel pressured to buy, John made us feel very assured if we did we would be getting a quality product. When the installation crew came for the install they too where very professional and worked very hard to get the job done. They would have worked through lunch if I had not provided o e for them. The job they did was amazing. My home now looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Feldco windows.
