I came to Deb having been recently diagnosed (9/2023) with Hashimoto. (misdiagnosed for 5 years up until then)

I was very sick when I began working with Deb. I was suffering with brain fog, fatigue and, what I came to learn was, gut inflammation everyday. I couldn’t walk for more than five minutes.

With Deb’s guidance and help, I discovered how certain foods were the culprit, and thus causing my symptoms. I learned which foods my gut no longer tolerates due to Hashimoto.

As my gut began to heal, it jump-started my metabolism (which halts with Hashimoto) I regained energy and have lost 10 pounds so far. (had gained 30) I now have an appetite, am no longer scared of food, and enjoy cooking again. I also came to learn which thyroid medication was best and why.

By our last session I was hiking the canyons of Utah on back-to-back days and mountain biking!! #happytears

Needless to say, working with Deb was the best decision I made for myself. I am so grateful to have worked with her.

I am so grateful for Deb! She takes her time, listens to you and trees to get to the root cause. Food is either medicine or poison to our bodies. She helped me realize which foods are healing medicine to help make my body feel it’s best. I still have a little ways to go, but Deb has been so helpful!!!
